Genuinely enjoyed the experience. The young lady started with the fact they don't have alcohol but my party had no interest in such endeavors. My daughter and I ordered a couple kinds of wings and told the owner to choose a kind for us as a surprise. All of them were fantastic, lemon pepper wings are usually the worst wings to get in any establishment, none of the seasoning ends up on the wing! Hooligans had this and everything else sorted out. By far the best wings in Kelowna. Then to the milkshakes, insane. Neither of us could finish as they are serious size wise, super delicious super fun night with kind people. Thank you!

I have had the Mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich, chicken wings, pancake appies, Caesar salad and the milkshakes with marshmallow and banana. It was all worth the calories. Holligans is the kind of place people will travel from out of town to enjoy, as I do. My only complaint is actually against the city of Kelowna, not Hooligans. Shame on Kelowna city Council for not allowing a liquor license because of a past association.

Hooligans has, without a doubt the most impressive and fantastically delicious milkshakes in town. The great place to grab some small bites but again the milkshakes are supreme. We had a really great time here and the service was super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I used to come here all the time as they have some of our favourite wings in Kelowna. That being said, we’re not sure we’ll continue to eat here. We have tried to come on 3 different occasions in the last month for wing Wednesday and haven’t received service. We sat for 20 minutes without someone coming to our table. Not even a water. We tried to call this evening to order wings for pick up as the service hasn’t been great and nobody answered the phone. We called 3 times. We were going downtown so we drove by and it was not busy.We are very confused as it used to be a lot better. The wings are great but the service has been awful for months now.

I've come a couple of times before and never complain or write reviews but this time was so bad. I ordered wings waited about 30 minutes for my server to bring the wrong sauce on it then I complained to her and she said she grabbed the wrong one from the kitchen and gave mine to someone else. Had to wait about another 30 minutes for the right ones and she came back with an awful attitude then brought the bill soon after and charged me for both. I tried asking her to take it off but she said she'd worked there long enough the manager wouldn't care and said I had to pay and I ended up paying. Safe to say will not be coming back. Terrible service considering she charged me for a incorrect order of wings on her behalf and sounds like biased management.

I used to come in with friends a few months ago and we would get great service from a really sweet brunette girl who made great milkshakes for us, I've come a few times and haven't seen her and service has just gone down without her around from what I've noticed.

Not a good experienceHere are the issues we encountered on our visit.-upon arrival at 5:00pm, right when the store opened my husband used the men's washroom and it was dirty. Paper towel and toilet paper on the floor. Toilet seats weren't cleaned.-air conditioning was not working and it was unbelievable hot inside. Outside it was 35° and inside wasn't much cooler-waters were not refilled during our visit, we asked once but it was never done. Especially with how hot it was water refills should have been an automatic. No one else was in the restaurant during our visit so it wasn't due to being busy-the cauliflower bites I ordered were just clumps of dough, and didn't taste good. I told the server Chantel that I didn't like them and to my disappointment they were still on the bill-the restaurant was out of Greek salad and the only other salad option was a Caesar salad-there is no liquor license which is alo disappointing for a restaurant on BernardI emailed the email address in some of the other reviews and no one has gotten back to me.

They don't have a liquor license which came as a bit of a surprise when sitting down. We went ahead with food anyways and weren't overly impressed... They also gave us rotten marinara sauce. It was replaced after we already finished the part of the meal it came with but no offer to compensate us at all. Very cool atmosphere and the menu was neat but we weren't overly happy about anything that came from it.

The skor cheesecake milkshake and the banana split milkshake were incredible! ❤️Food was ok. I feel like this place should just drop the "ales" from it's name and rebrand as a retro dessert shop.
Decor was awful. It would look better better without all that stuff on the walls. The food was okay. Had 12 inches grilled cheese and Macho nachos for the table. Nachos had that fake, almost plastic cheese. The grilled cheese was good, but came with a below room temp tomatoe soup. Probably won't be coming back, and I don't see this place lasting long, especially with similar and better options next door. Place was dead, but the waitor was good.

Food was okay. They take gas station food and wrapped up in great advertising and hype. Staff was young and inexperienced. Waitress was cleaning the table beside us and sprayed our food with cleaner. Staff just opps sorry and brought us the bill for the half eaten food. Second time there, thinking they just needed time to really get their groove... Might have a better outlook if she had not sprayed our food and was like opps.

Liquor license not yet approved, downer. No other beverages besides pop. They forgot an appetizer and it came out after our mains, very slow service, and my burger was raw. Then I asked to have my bill adjusted and it took forever to come back. Waitresses were very kind though and they did end up taking it off my bill. Just not ready to open yet.

Very elaborate milkshakes and great wings too. Lots of flavours to choose from, so you can definitely find one you’ll like. Hard to choose a flavour, but the Nino’s was good and so was the Vito’s. Cool vibe and music was hip hop from the early 2000’s.
