Love this place. Delicious food, good service, and a great location. Can’t go wrong. Look how good this burrito looks!
Unfortunate to rant about small businesses it makes me sad… I ordered guac and chips.. the chips were stale and there was a whole half of avocado that was not smashed and brown with a funky taste. I let the waiter know and he subbed it.
Two virgin pina coladas , half way full cup … was ok.
Tortilla soup, not great Luke warm didn’t eat more than two bites. Kids quesadilla rice and beans were cold.
all of the cilantro was withered or rotten
My daughter ordered the churros, she got a to her second bite and said mom this tastes like shrimp.. smelt and tasted it , definitely not fresh.

Poor service. Won’t substitute a different cheese even though I offered to pay extra. She said the manager won’t let her. When I asked to speak with the manager.,.”not here”. Poor customer service, with snarky attitude. Spend your money elsewhere.

As always food it’s great but I don’t get it, I went to the rest for take out, I ordered burrito AL PASTOR, and when I got home to eat it, it’s CHICKEN, no PASTOR! And they still ask for tip when u go and pay? It’s not the first time they took my orders wrong, I know nobody it’s perfect but it’s just simple Pastor or chicken how u can get wrong?

Hubby and I went here for lunch the other day and it was absolutely delicious. We got the burrito, enchilada with green sauce and churros with caramel dip. It was super flavourful and I was able to get a side of different hot sauces on the side! Highly recommended!

Delicious! My friends and I did a weekend trip to Kelowna and went to Hugo's. We had dietary restrictions and they were knowledgeable and accommodating.

Went to dinner there and had the tacos. Delicious I would suggest that you go there on a Tuesday. It's the same Hugo that is in Chilliwack. Delicious food and great service! Will definitely go back!

Drinks took about 40 minutes. Food came finally after an hr. Ordered beef. Got chicken. The food is good. This place needs better servers .
Ordered Take away using their service “Touch Bistro” and it notified us of an order about 20 minutes later after I had gone to the restaurant. A manager told me the order was only just received now. Apparently an email is sent for order updates and when ready. I did not receive any notifications other than the original “order received” and when I arrived, the manger brought me our order. As we stay just upstairs at the Shore, we were eating within a couple minutes and let me tell you the food was like leftovers cold. Please Hugo! Get rid of this service or acknowledge it is faulty and you should have said “it has been ready for a while” Anyways, a bad experience which was disappointing. We did not finish our meals.

Meh. Service was awkward and quiet, and the prices are too high for what you get. My Nana's tacos from the lunch special were very soggy, but my quesadilla was quite good! Mixed overall.
