When we were greeted we asked to sit on the patio and the server said no problem and sat us. Most tables inside were reserved at 1230pm. We were completely ignored on the patio, the male server out there ignored us until I managed to wave my arms. I believe he is the owner, instead of apologizing he began to challenge us on how we got on the patio and suggested we sat ourselves there. Completely rude and demanded to know who sat us. At this point as I was discussing whether to leave or stay he kept interrupting our conversation. We decided to leave, do not need to support a rude business such as this. Remember we are all not tourists and your customers also live here and support you in the off season.

I hesitate to share this local gem 💎 as selfishly I always want there to be a table when I show up. Locally family owned restaurant with Guac made fresh each day and one of the best Happy Hours in Kelowna. Order the spicy margaritas you can thank me as you cheers.

We were really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We brought our trained service dog, as permitted by law, but were told by the manager that animals are not allowed—no exceptions. Despite trying to explain the legal rights around service animals, we were still turned away.
It’s unfortunate that staff weren’t aware of or didn’t acknowledge the accessibility laws in place. Hoping the management takes the time to educate themselves and their team, so that no one else with a legitimate need has to go through this.

The guacamole was good, the food was average. Sauces were very good. The 3 stars is for the service. It was very slow, I had to go up to the counter a few times and ask for things.

My partner and I planned to enjoy Taco Tuesday with margaritas yesterday and arrived at 7:40 PM, 50 minutes before the advertised closing time of 8:30 PM. However, we were turned away because the kitchen and BAR had already closed. The server was not apologetic whatsoever. It's completely un acceptable when the actual service hours don't match what's advertised online. I recommend updating the hours online to reflect that ALL services stops at 7:30 PM.
