If you have never gone to this restaurant, do yourself a favour and go. The food is truly out of the world delicious. I know many of you may be intimidated by the new chic restaurants that have menu items you just don’t recognize or know. But my advice is to step outside your comfort zone. Find an ingredient that you like and order that dish. Chef Kai is a culinary genius is blending flavours together that will make you moan with pleasure. REALLY! It is that good. I had the lettuce wraps during the Taste Around event, and they were unbelievable. My husband loved the taco, fish cake and steak frites. Everything was done to perfection. Our server Vanessa was one of the most charming young ladies we’ve met. Very friendly and had perfect timing on serving our table. It really was a great evening. Trust me, go to Humo. You won’t regret it.

Mandatory 20% tip for our group of 6 meant our waiter made over $150. Wine pairings were late with every course so as we paused part way through, waiting for the wine to show up, the lukewarm food got cold. Not impressive. This tipping nonsense is out of control.

We went there for dinner and shared several small plates, including the pork belly tacos (to die for, highly recommend), black cod tacos, beef tartare, and more. Everything we tried was delicious. I also had the house margarita with black salt, both beautiful and very tasty. The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the service was excellent. A great spot for a relaxed yet memorable meal.

The price is outrageously expensive for the portion size and taste. I didn’t really like Gather either, but after eating here, Gather actually tasted good in comparison. That said, Gather is also not worth the price, so I won’t be going back there either.

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Humo and couldn’t have chosen a better place. We indulged in the 3-course Holiday Prix Fixe with the chef’s wine pairing and started with some of the best oysters I've ever had. Each course was beautifully presented and the flavors were perfectly balanced and thoughtfully paired with the wines. The entire experience felt elevated yet warm, making it a truly memorable evening. Exceptional food, pairings, and atmosphere.. we’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Asian fusion restaurant, with an interesting and varied menu. Opted for the pork belly tacos as an appetizer. They were delicious. I had the Korean Prime flatiron. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a mixture of accompanying vegetables. The highlight of the night was dessert - a seasonal special that included peaches, raspberry sherbet, crumble, and meringue wafers. A knockout - and perfect for sharing. The service while friendly was a bit slow and non-attentive as we had to wait quite a while to get our bill.
