Quality and Service was terrible we thought we try it again but the last 2 years it’s just bad and sad staff are unmotivated no one cares it’s basically people in and out We will never return
Aweful Food quality server didn’t care or listen to the order so eggs came runny instead of hard pancakes pre cooked, she put tea pot down hot water almost spilled on my hand, onto table did t even notice cold fruit bowl tastes fell stale fridge the water for it seeped into my plate so everything else already really greasy now water logged how can you mess up a simple breakfast !

We had the pleasure of being served by Denette at IHOP this morning, and she made our visit outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right time without ever feeling rushed. Her friendly personality instantly made us feel welcome, and she had a great knowledge of the menu, helping us make the best choices. Everything from the service to the little details was spot on. Denette truly went above and beyond to make breakfast enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back and asking for her!

Wendy gets 4 stars, she was definitely on checking on us. As for the food....for me there's nothing worse than lukewarm or cold eggs, especially when they're over easy. I ordered the crepe combo and nothing was hot, the crepes were tasty, but everything was almost cold. My husband order the big steak omelette and he said it is was quite bland, and if it wasn't for the salsa, it would have been flavourless. When I'm spending up to $20 per person, I expect hot food with flavour. I don't think we will be back.
Never ever order that veggie egg omelette specifically in this ihop. Their serving size is not even close to a kid size meal. After spending ur money you’ll still stay hungry.

Really crammed tables, there was almost not enough room to get out without disturbing others. It took over an hour to get our food (only 3 of us). Having said that, the food was great and we had a lovely waitress.
