This was a treat to find. Staff were friendly, the treats were delicious!! Couldn’t tell they were gluten free or vegan. We will be back, and next time going to indulge a lot more and try a few more of their treats! 10/10 recommend if you want some gluten free treats, that taste delicious!!

I love this bakery! Everything I’ve had from here is delicious. Including their cheese and chive scones, ice cream cake and of course donuts. My favourite donut is the key lime pie flavour. It’s incredible!! My husband loved the peanut butter and jelly donut.

I grabbed some chocolate chip cookies to go and a pancake/waffle mix. The cookies were divine and I just made the waffles and they are absolutely delicious I wish I bought another packet now!

We are from North Vancouver and every time we go to Kelowna, we make a trip out to Jaide & Joel's Baking Co. Everything they sell is amazing! I am plant based and celiac and this place for me is heaven. Aside from the sweets, We particularly love the pizza crusts and cheese, jalapeño bread!

Very sad to say that I had an awful customer service experience this morning on the phone. I don’t usually do bad reviews but this really upset me. I called @10 am to order an 8” gf carrot cake for pick up tmmrw afternoon for my son’s birthday.

But the gal on the phone was very nonchalant & not friendly or understanding - she would not take my order. As I missed their 48 hour order deadline. We just moved to Kelowna and are finding new bakeries and more.

So I googled more & called Beat. Patisserie in Lake Country and the gal on the phone was very kind and understanding of my situation as they also normally require a 48 hour order window. She asked the kitchen if they could fit my order in, and they could. So happy that we will have a bday cake for my son’s bday tmmrw from Beat. Patisserie in Lake Country. I will definitely use them again due to their amazing & friendly customer service.

While their donuts are decent for Gluten Free we've had their cookies twice now and Both times they've been so under cooked the middle is basically raw. Not a great experience with the cookies. 9/10 reccomend the donuts though.

I ordered a box full of baked goods which is something I never normally get to do being gluten intolerant, and every one of them was so delicious! The churro doughnut is now a favorite in my house and the muffins are so nice to have on hand for a quick breakfast. Not to mention the girl at the till was as sweet as the treats! This is my new go to spot.

A little on the pricey side, but oh my! I love when shops have decaf espresso and the iced hazelnut latte I got is delicious. Not pure ice or sugar like some other places. Great service and atmosphere to boot. Trying the baked goods next time! ☺️
