Beef Asparagus
Wagyu sirloin tip wrapped around asparagus. Grilled to perfection. Finished with a light teriyaki drizzle and toasted sesame seeds.
Kasai Gyoza
Hand-folded gyozas bursting with mixed vegetables, black tiger prawns and pork, grilled and seasoned to perfection, served with house yuzu ponzu.
Tuna Tataki
Fresh carved tuna steak pan seared kasai style. Finished with microgreens, tobiko, and tataki sauce.
Ume Grill Scallop
Hokkaido scallop grilled in kasai garlic butter served with spring mix and kasai ume sauce.

Jumbo black tiger prawns beer battered with dry shiso leaf fried crispy topped with bonito flake and house mango and mayo sauce.

2 black tiger prawns, 2 imitation crabs, 1 soft shell crab, 6 vegetable tempura deep fried perfectly crispy and served with cinnamon tempura sauce.
Sauteed Tofu (VG)

I’ve been to Teppanyaki in Hawaii and it’s always a highlight on the trip! Now we get to experience it in Kelowna! The food was amazing and the portions are huge! They made it extra entertaining by tossing brocoli and getting you to catch it in your mouth. Great place to celebrate or just have a fun night out!

Went for the first time recently and was INCREDIBLE. You have to go at least once. My bf and I had a great time at the teppanyaki. They are very accommodating to dietary requests (I am gluten and dairy free) and the atmosphere is beautiful. Walter was our chef and he was awesome!

Fiancée and I went here for date night. Next time, I would bring some family and extra people as you get stuck with strangers at your table. I believe it’s 12 max. The performance is wonderful, but the cook seemed to be weird about me being vegetarian. He made some comments that made me uncomfortable (mostly his tone of voice and expression). I’m a pretty casual vegetarian and don’t care about cross contamination, so I wasn’t making it a big deal at all and just informed...
