This restaurant manager accused my daughter and her bf of scamming him and demanded they e-transfer him the money when their debit card kept showing declined. They even showed him the transaction posted on their banking app but he proceeded to swear and berate them. They are young adults!!
Guess what? There’s a debit machine outage right now!! Who treats customers this way??? Never, ever will I frequent this place and being from Kelowna I know many people who will not frequent...read full review
Great food my husband and I really like it
A terrible dining experience. Starts off with the watered down miso soup, the dry and shrivelled tempura. I’ve had better Japanese food at a cactus club. Oh to end it with the poorest service I’ve ever came across at a restaurant ( if that’s what they want to call themselves).
