Very clean resteraunt! Ordered the mixed shawarma plate. Very good portions, and everything had lots of flavour. Friendly staff and good prices, ill be coming back! The wife especially recommends the rice pudding to finish the experience.

Wonderful spot. They accommodated my entire class, fed us and taught us about Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was delicious and they were just such welcoming and amazing members of the community. Please get out and support and try some delicious kebab.

I have been to Kayan three times.es since they opened. I've had a wrap each time. The first time was a chicken shawarma wrap. It was most excellent. The second time I had a falafel wrap. It was very dry, a little disappointing but the flavors were good. Yesterday I had a mixed wrap. It was awful. Both meats were so dry. It was like dry jerky crumble. Looked nothing like the picture on the menu board. I think they tried to compensate the dryness with way too much sauce. It was terrible. I try to support local but this literally put a bad taste in my mouth. Don't know if I'll go back.

I really wanted to like this place but I had several issues with my order. One being I was told my take out order would be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived at the restaurant at the 20 minute mark (taking my break from work to pick it up) when I paid I was told it would be a couple more minutes. This turned into my order taking 35 plus minutes, making me late to return for work. They hadn't even started making it when I arrived after 20 minutes. The second issue was I ordered 2 wraps with 2 sides of fries and they only gave me one side, when I mentioned I ordered 2 they told me no, I insisted that I did and they told me they'd make them but needed more time but I couldn't wait any longer due to the already existing 20 plus minute delay. I was hoping the food would make up for the experience but it definitely didn't as it was only ok. Definitely won't be going back based on this experience.

Me and my friends came all the way from Kamloops to try something new in Kelowna . Finally we got this place, their food is delicious and their staff service is good.

The people were the sweetest and nicest people I've met so far in Kelowna. They gave us complimentary baklavas. They cleaned up the nicest coziest booths for us as soon as we walked in and always checked on us if we needed anything and provided extra sauces and other condiments. The food was absolutely amazing. Chicken wrap, baklavas, shawarma platters, fries - everything. They also gave us complimentary tea. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Definitely coming back here for our next trip to Kelowna.
