Garlic Parm Fries
Vegetarian. Tossed in garlic and rosemary oil, Parmesan cheese, and confit garlic.
Tofu Bites
Vegetarian. Battered and lightly fried and tossed in cajun salt. With a sriracha and avo aioli drizzle. Topped with Pico de Gallo, sesame seeds, and green onion.
Chicken Wings
Our famous breaded wings are served with veggies and ranch or blue cheese dip. Flavours to choose from include hot tony, honey garlic, teriyaki, sweet chili, BBQ, maple bacon, lemon pepper, salt pepper, dry cajun, franks hot sauce, and our rotating feature sauce. Cauliflower option available.
Tacos
Three corn tortillas with your choice of protein served with a side of salsa. Baja-battered cod with coleslaw, avo aioli, green onion, and Pico de Gallo asada-grilled steak tips topped with red onion, cheese, and cilantro lime aioli. Carnitas-confit pulled pork topped with pickled onions and cilantro. Comes with a side of salsa roja and a wedge of lime. Beef birria- Tender beef slow-cooked in a blend of chilies and spices on a bed of cheese, Comes with cilantro, onion, and a side of stock.
Chicken Fingers
Lightly breaded strips served with a side of plum sauce, sweet chili, BBQ, or honey mustard. Serve with a side.
Nachos
Add seasoned chicken or beef for an extra charge. Crispy corn tortilla chips piled high with a three cheese blend, onions, tomatoes, black olives, peppers, and jalapeños, served with sour cream and salsa.
Quesadilla
12 inches of tortilla, seasoned chicken breast with peppers, onions, and cheese blend, served with salsa and sour cream.
Poutine
Classic gravy and cheese curds. Add buffalo chicken for an extra charge.
Boneless Dry Ribs
Seasoned boneless pork bites, served with sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Salads
KBC Salad
Vegetarian and gluten-free. Goat cheese, roasted cashews, cucumber, and apple on a bed of greens, served with a house honey-lime vinaigrette.
Taco Salad
Romaine lettuce, black beans, peppers, jalapeños, pico de Gallo, avocado, smoked Cheddar, water chestnuts, a drizzle of sour-ranch, and tortilla chips. Served with salsa. Your choice of chicken or steak.
Greek Salad
Bell peppers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese tossed in a Greek feta dressing.
Cucumber Melon Salad
Watermelon, mandarin orange slices, cucumber, mint, and mixed olives on a bed of mixed greens tossed in feta Greek dressing.

Burgers & Sandwiches
Beef Dip
Roasted beef with horseradish aioli on a sub bun comes with au jus. Add mushrooms or Swiss cheese for an extra charge. The Philly style for an extra charge. Caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, mushrooms, and melted Swiss. Lettuce wrap gluten-free buns are available for all burgers and sandwiches. Picture is the Philly Style
KBC Burger
6 ounces of homemade beef, crispy chicken, or grilled chicken topped with smoked cheddar cheese, bacon, mushrooms, pickle, tomato, shredded lettuce, crispy onions, and homemade bacon aioli served on a toasted brioche bun. Lettuce wrap gluten-free buns are available for all burgers and sandwiches.
Deluxe Burger
6 ounces of homemade beef, crispy or grilled chicken topped with butter lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, and mayo. Lettuce wrap gluten-free buns are available for all burgers and sandwiches.
Veggie Burger
Vegetarian. Homemade vegan patty with avocado aioli, red onions, mushrooms, fresh avocado, butter lettuce, and tomato. Lettuce wrap gluten-free buns were available for all burgers and sandwiches.
Cubano
Swiss cheese, ham, roasted pork, pickles, dijon mustard, and mayo on a panini put into a press. Comes with a side of our homemade mojo sauce. Lettuce wrap gluten-free buns are available for all burgers and sandwiches.
Spicy BBQ Chicken Club
Grilled spicy BBQ chicken breast with bacon, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, tomatoes and mayo. served on a grilled ciabatta bun.

Entrées
Chicken Enchiladas
Gluten-free. Four corn tortillas filled with seasoned chicken, smothered in enchilada sauce, and baked with cheese. Topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, green onion, and sour cream.
Mac & Cheese
Homemade cheese sauce, bacon, sautéed onions, and macaroni. Topped with sriracha, Parmesan, and green onion.
Fish & Chips
Two pieces of beer-battered cod served with tartar sauce, hand-cut fries, and homemade coleslaw.

Bowls
Tuna Poke Bowl
Marinated diced tuna, mango, edamame, radish, pickled onions, and pico de gallo on a bed of rice. Topped with a drizzle of sriracha aoli and sesame seeds.
KBC Chicken Bowl
Blackened chicken, avocado, carrot, cabbage, lime, and a side of Greek feta dressing on a bed of rice. Topped with sesame seeds and green onion.

Our family of 4 (Wife me and 2 sons 20 - 17) stopped here on our way down to Osoyoos. Great daytime atmosphere. Layed back. Guy behind the bar had me sample some excellent brews. I had a glass of the Chela Mexican Lager and it was great with the Nachos we had. Also grabbed some beers for the vrbo. I like the KBC and look forward to trying more of their beers next time I'm in the Okanagan. Cheers!?

Coming from the lower mainland, I was excited to try some craft brew places here in Kelowna and KBC did not disappoint. In fact the beers are so good, I'm going to try and get one of our tap houses in White Rock to carry some of their brew. From the IPAs to the stout to the Scotch Ale and the delicious Colada, they were so unbelievably tasty.

Food wise, the beef dip was really good especially if you get it made Philly Style with all the fixings, but the...

Had Lord of the Rings trivia night here this past Friday and it was an absolute blast. Staff was incredibly welcome, the trivia itself was really well done and just good vibes all around
