Kettle Valley Coffee & Scoops smells so nice when you walk in! A nice and cozy atmosphere. A great place to meet someone and have a chat. Coffee was good.

Came out of the neighborhood to try the cafe fir the first time. My friend got a tea which was very reasonably priced compared to DT cafes! Very cozy and friendly atmosphere with a cute little play area for LOs which I never expected to see! Lots of treats and an ice cream and a very energetic and kind individual behind the register! Will come back more often specially with my toddler to check out the play area!

I can't figure out the poor reviews regarding the interior. It's great. It's comfortable, friendly and the coffee and treats are delicious.

The owner is always pleasant with a smile.They have a large range of selection of products both in food and drink. The chairs are comfy too

The man working is so kind and gave us a free handmade macaron. BOY IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!

I recently moved to Kettle Valley about 9 months ago and I live only a 2 minute walk away but have only been here 4 times. I see a few other people have come on here to make similar comments but I agree that the coffee shop needs at the very least to be CLEANED. Nothing has changed from the first time I went in months ago to when I went in yesterday. Everywhere in the coffee shop is dirty, especially the floor, you can see old splashes of things on decorative items and there is no order to anything. Is this not a health and safety issue? The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming but something needs to be done about the cleanliness of this coffee shop, especially if people are ordering and consuming food here.

Such a cute little cafe… definitely going back

Nice cozy place with incredibly friendly service. The fact that this place has a toddler play area was great while we drank our coffee.

Kid-friendliness: Kid play area which is amazing for parents who just want a literal coffee break.

I live locally and appreciate that a coffee shop is walking distance but the interior needs some major updating and cleaning up.
The space has so much potential to be cozy and charming but currently it is anything but that.
Hopefully the owners will invest in new furniture and design. I know a lot of locals would visit more frequently if the space was more inviting. On a positive note the coffee and food are very good.

There are no people in the neighborhood shop and it's not too noisy. There are comfortable sofas to sit on. The store has ice cream that you can add espresso to make affogato. They all use paper cups, so the food sales are relatively poor. The espresso taste is a bit sour.
