The worst KFC. Order was incorrect, called and they said they’ll make a not on my account. Came in a month later and said they’ll can’t honor it. It is only valid for 1 week. They never told me that! Went in today and noone came to the counter, 3 people kept walking by just staring at me, ignored me and proceeded to just do whatever they want for 20minutes and then they were rude.

Absolutely useless humans. From Order place time, 1 bucket of popcorn chicken took an hour. Three drivers left the restaurant because the food wasn’t ready. When we called the restaurant to inquire on the reasoning behind the delays the staff was rude and argumentative, blaming the drivers. Reading previous left views I now understand, this location should shut its doors and overhaul its staffing. Pathetic.

Don’t bother looking at the menu, what you see isn’t what you’ll get. The quality and portions are nowhere near what’s advertised. How is KFC corporate not holding their franchisees accountable for this

Whoever owns or manage this should consider the reviews. Never gonna order here again due to very very bad costumer service specially at the drive thru. Literally we just drove thru because the staffs don't care even if you wait couple of minutes at the window, they just look at you and really don't care. Either train them or replace them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am not one to complain but, My order took so long (1.5hours) i drove to the location for them to tell me my order was gone already and they proceeded to give it to the driver right in front of me. I have a camera at home and could see it was the same guy. Very dirty inside and flies all over. I would have canceled if they answered(i tried to call about 6 times). I will never order from here again.

Went to order through drive thru, nobody answered after 5 minutes so we pulled to the windows and sat another 5 minutes totally ignored even after seeing us. Ive never felt more disrespected. These people should be fired for bad customer service.
