Whoever owns or manage this should consider the reviews. Never gonna order here again due to very very bad costumer service specially at the drive thru. Literally we just drove thru because the staffs don't care even if you wait couple of minutes at the window, they just look at you and really don't care. Either train them or replace them.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am not one to complain but, My order took so long (1.5hours) i drove to the location for them to tell me my order was gone already and they proceeded to give it to the driver right in front of me. I have a camera at home and could see it was the same guy. Very dirty inside and flies all over. I would have canceled if they answered(i tried to call about 6 times). I will never order from here again.

Went to order through drive thru, nobody answered after 5 minutes so we pulled to the windows and sat another 5 minutes totally ignored even after seeing us. Ive never felt more disrespected. These people should be fired for bad customer service.

Terrible service. Refused to make an order of spicy chicken because they do not want to do the extra clean up, even though there was an advertisement sign for it on the counter. Regular chicken old and rubbery seems like its been sitting for hours in a puddle of oil.

Awful experience. My partner and I ordered at 10 pm and sat and watched as countless other orders came and went until finally receiving our cold bag of food missing a sandwich and having the most bare chicken wing I’ve ever received at 10:30. We asked twice for the time estimate being told 6 minutes and then being shown our food and being told yes it’s almost done and still waiting another 15 minutes while our sandwich sat on the counter. After receiving our food we go to the car and see the woman who was bagging and making the food on a phone call which we assume is what took so long because she kept going out the door and changing her gloves. Will not be returning. Wasted 30 minutes of my evening for mediocre cold food and a missing sandwich.

I had a wonderful experience at KFC thanks to the excellent service provided by Sandeep Kour( manager ).She was very kind, polite, and professional throughout my visit. Sandeep greeted every customer with a warm smile and made sure each order was handled perfectly. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out and made my dining experience enjoyable. KFC is lucky to have such a hardworking and friendly team member. Keep up the great work, Sandeep!

Terrible customer service Loud music coming from kitchen
Customer service is terrible. Woman on the cash desks looks like that you are annoying her. They didn't gave us any napkins so I kindly went to ask she rolled her eyes and than took her like 5 minutes to find some. Loud music from kitchen is sounding all around restaurant over the the radio in customer area.

Very bad service in terms of cleanliness, slow service. There was just one lady trying to take orders and at the same preparing order. The vending machine was damaged and dirty. Overall don’t go there!
