The worst service, the girl at the register didn't want to open the bathroom for us, arguing that 5 people had already taken the bathroom key and that's why she wouldn't let us use it. We spent $50 on food, how is it possible that they don't even let us use the bathroom? The worst service, don't come here, they treat you like you're an animal. Very rude team, especially the woman pointed out in the photo.

My order took 40 minutes to complete and it was still wrong and missing some of what I had paid for. Go to the Dairy Queen across the parking lot. I will never order from or go here again.
- I was missing a box of fries. - I wanted a Big Crunch but got a Zinger instead. - The food I did get was salted beyond being palatable. - The floor is coated in grease. - The tables and seats are filthy. - The odour inside is the building smells like rancid food. - There are flies buzzing around and on the windows.
Any other fast food restaurant in this general area would be a better choice. I would even recommend going to a gas station convenience store over this place. I'm not expecting much since this is fast food, even so this place is bad and you should not give them your patronage. Everything about this place screams that the workers, managers, and owners do not care in the least about providing you with good food, service, or atmosphere.

Worst experience ever...ordered through the app and my order got ready after 15 mins.... came to the restaurant and waited for another 1 hr as the order was never ready. The guy told me chicken was not available and if there are issues just talk to the manager....never coming again....no customer service

The gravy was very bland. The bathroom was disgusting, worse than a highway rest stop. They should be ashamed of themselves for having such a gross restaraunt, I'll never come back. I bet thier kitchen is disgusting as well looking at how they keep thier bathroom. I regret coming here
Very rude & nasty lady. Tried to get my Mom & I some chicken burgers for lunch today. Had a coupon for 2 sliders. I went thru the drive because it's easier for me. I have mobility challenges. Apparently in very small print atcthe bottom it said you had to use the app or online. I didn't see that. But the lady was extremely rude to me & said I couldn't use the coupon & walked away from me. Then when she came back she said I was taking up her time & there was a couple cars behind me that I'd have to come inside if I wanted something. She was so nasty to me the whole time that I did not go inside as she ordered me to. Instead I went somewhere else. I'm unlikely to return to this place . As knowbody deserves to be treated this way. To management you need to let your staff know this is is unexceptional. If you send out a paper coupon in the mail it is discrimination to say you have to do it online.

This is the worst kfc that i find in 5 years in canada. Yesterday i order plant based deluxe combo thru their app. When i got the delivery it was all chicken tenders and some other chicken as well. I gave them call they told me i can come overthere and pick my order. I ask for refund they said its not possoble to give refund. I donot knkw how stupid they are even after i told her. I donot have car. Today she gave me call and ask if i want combo today. I said ok and i ask deliver from 9 pm. I waited and didnot make any food. After i waited 9:15pm. No response from them i am giving them call no answer. If they are picking the call no answers. I tried 10 times to call the store. No ans. Thats really bullshit. Why she is promising but no result. I think they should fire her.

Went through drive through, waited forever for someone to answer the board. Got my order, drink was only 3/4 full and then chicken sandwich took another 10 minutes. Will not come back here again
