I recently visited this KFC location, and although I was hoping for a positive experience, there were several aspects I’d like to share. The chicken was extremely greasy, and two of the pieces had an odor that resembled fish rather than chicken, which was surprising and unpleasant. The third piece, on the other hand, had partially raw skin on the inside, indicating that cooking time protocols are not being followed.
The restaurant’s atmosphere featured foreign music that was played at a very high volume, which affected the overall comfort of the experience. My concern is not with the type of music itself, but rather that it did not match the theme of the restaurant. When background music is used, it should complement the dining experience and the brand’s identity. For instance, one might expect soft, relaxing music in a fine dining setting or lively and culturally relevant tunes in a themed restaurant. In this case, the music choice, combined with the volume, detracted from the overall experience.
Additionally, customer service was underwhelming. The cashier who served me did not offer a greeting or smile and did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor, which is important in a customer-facing role. Friendliness and hospitality are crucial to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for guests.
In summary, these factors, coupled with the subpar service, did not reflect the quality I have come to expect from KFC. I hope these observations are taken into consideration to enhance the service and comfort for future patrons.

The first thing we noticed is that the floors were extremely sticky and slippery—somehow at the same time. We ordered a popcorn chicken meal. I received my cup and proceeded to get a drink at the fountain. Every crevice was FILLED with gunk and it was disgusting. I didn't drink my root beer. Once we received my popcorn chicken, I tasted it... And it wasn't even cooked all the way. The place even smelt horrible. Someone seriously needs to call health inspectors, because I'm sure someone is bound to get food poisoning at some point. Worst cooks, worst food, worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my ENTIRE. LIFE.

This place is a joke. First I tried to get a two can dine combo off their app. They weren’t going to give me the price on the app and wanted to charge me full price. After I paid I was told it’s a ten minute wait for chicken. My receipt says 17:54 and I got my food at 18:20 for just fried and chicken. As I was leaving my order was wrong and two of the four pieces of chicken were missing. I go back in to ask for my chicken and I’m met with hostility saying my combo didn’t come with four pieces so I show them my receipt for the meal. Never coming back.

I ordered the famous chicken sandwich. Sadly, it had been double cooked and was terrible. When fresh, these are really good. But re-cooked after it was premade for the lunch rush and didn’t sell? Gross. Imagine microwaving a fried chicken. Thankfully, we have a new option now that Popeyes just opened.

While the food tasted good and the staff were friendly, the portion sizes are truly sad. Not only that, but when I order their box with two chicken tenders fries and popcorn chicken, with another small side of popcorn chicken, I received two pieces of chicken, and a measly amount of fries, with my side of popcorn chicken. And this cost me $23. KFC is definitely not on my go-to list anymore.
