I had not had KFC for about 10 years. got a bucket and sides for the family...my young daughter had never had it...what a disappointment! Soggy and cold EVERYTHING. The counter service was slow, unfriendly and inattentive and although we did not eat in the restaurant, I could see that the place was dirty and not somewhere we would have wanted to eat anyhow...we took the food to go and live only 5mins away so the food should not have been cold and soggy...i remember taking buckets to go as a kid and it was always hot and crispy back then. anyhow, would not recommend this place at this time.

On March 30th, I placed an online order and subsequently called the store to request a customization that was not available through the online ordering system. The manager who answered the phone responded in an unprofessional manner, demanding that I be polite and respectful simply because I had asked for my order to be prepared half and half. She then abruptly ended the conversation while I was still speaking, which was highly frustrating. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a KFC restaurant. I am deeply disappointed.

This is by far the worst KFC anywhere. The chicken is extremely greasy and the chicken and fries are left under a heat lamp for hours before being served. The only business they have is from people that have never eaten there before but once they eat there once they will never go back.

Saw an empty drive thru at lunch time and went for a chicken sandwich. After paying 14 bucks had to wait at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes. eventually got Pepsi with no ice that was warm, a gross disgusting sandwich where they forgot the lettuce and veggies was just bread and cold chicken. Never go to this

This review is for KFC, 520 Kelowna Rock Creek Hwy, Highway 33 West in Kelowna.I ordered spicy fried chicken online on February 26, 2023 at 5:56pm for pickup in 15 mins. Got there at approximately 6:30pm only for them to let me know they can only offer me regular. Like you didn't have a whole half an hour to tell me this? It's not like it would be the first time you tell me you're out of spicy fried chicken anyway. I got used to this excuse after the first three times this location has done this nonsense!Every time I come here to pick up my mobile order, I get told they don't have spicy fried chicken. Only after I get upset, they will "offer" to make the spicy chicken order. Why have it on the menu and have your employees lie to me almost EVERY time, saying that they are out? Why do you keep running out of what you are promoting on your menu???Your employees are such liars, because their first response is always to offer me regular when I come to pickup. I DON'T WANT Regular! When I insist that I get what I ordered in the first place, they then lie further and say it will take about an hour to make. Not even A dine-in restaurant makes you wait an hour for fried chicken. First you're out, then later, it will take almost an hour. Make up your mind, LIARS!!! Are you out or you just couldn't bother to make it for one customer? I despise liars!
