The absolute WORST kfc location kelowna! The service is terrible and the staff isnt pleasant! Please train your employees on how to properly speak to others. Its very infuriating and disrespectful!

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Messed up my order and refused to accountability. They admitted to witholding my food but still refused to give what i PAID FOR! Its so unprofessional and i think you need better staff that knows a thing or two about customer service.

Very Disappointed with this location. We ordered 10 pcs bucket chicken but we received 6 small drum sticks and just 4 chicken breast ! We will not buy again in this location! And we will not recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the food and the overall experience. We ordered a 10-piece bucket, but the employee told us it would be a 15–20 minute wait because they had no chicken ready. Strange, but we figured waiting meant we’d at least get fresh chicken and a good mix of pieces — breast, ribs, etc.

When we got home, the bucket was all dark meat and drumsticks. Not a single variety. The corn was bland, the gravy was just okay, and the whole meal felt like a letdown.

This location used to be great, but lately the quality and service have really gone downhill. The staff seemed disengaged and barely communicative. Overall, a very disappointing experience for what used to be one of our favorite spots.

Frustrating Online Order Experience
I placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up, only to be told they don’t accept online orders and no payment had been received. After some confusion and back-and-forth, the staff suddenly “found” the order and handed me the food. The whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating. The system is clearly outdated, and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on at first. Not the smooth pickup I was expecting from a major chain like KFC.

Terrible! I remember when KFC used to be good - it’s just garbage now. Used the App to buy food, was charged twice, and when I got there they said they were out of chicken. No refund!!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wow what a great place to go,I live nearby and I have been going here for years to have a taco,5-6 days a week and have been treated so well,just like all there customers.sitting there seeing all the other restaurant employees coming up to talk to them and also the way they treat the food court cleaning staff is wonderful! The k.f.c. company must be so happy to have these people represent their brand,I know I would.
