Wow what a great place to go,I live nearby and I have been going here for years to have a taco,5-6 days a week and have been treated so well,just like all there customers.sitting there seeing all the other restaurant employees coming up to talk to them and also the way they treat the food court cleaning staff is wonderful! The k.f.c. company must be so happy to have these people represent their brand,I know I would.

The employee was sitting on the ground I watched my order finished than sit there. There is a strong odour that comes over the counter as you order all the cutlery is covered in some weird liquid and my food was not good. It was hot in some parts and freezing in others. Not at all impressed honestly didn’t even want to eat before I sat down. Was turned off before I even got my food.

Too much oily kfc bucket and lasy chicken with lazy fries .Not serve hot chicken bucket that is cold .i am very fed up service of kfc . Very bad chicken and also fries.. I suggest dont try in orchard kfc branch
I had written a negative review regarding a previous order that I thought was improper. In the mean time the restaurant manager reached out to me to correct things and I realized that it was just a misunderstanding. I give them credit for taking the time to reach out and correct the issue which deserves the rating.

Quality has significantly dropped since the TFW / PNP programs were implemented.
It is incredible to me that they cannot get the most simple orders correct, and how low quality the food is now. Honestly, I will just do a chargeback on my credit card and never visit this place again.
Personally, I hope all of these people get sent back to their countries…

Surprisingly enough this was one of the better KFC meals I have had. Everything was hot and tasted good. Odd that a food court in a mall can get it right, but most standalone KFC locations can't. Service however matches most KFC locations and was borderline terrible.
