I would give this location zero stars if I could. The service is absolutely garbage and they don’t wear gloves while they are preparing the food. The employees look miserable working; it makes you feel bad you’re ordering food.The only reason this location is surviving is because they are in a mall.

The food was fine but the customer service I wasnt a huge fan of, the workers didnt look like they event wanted to be there. Like I understand if you dont like working at a fast food restaurant, but at least look presentable for the customers.

Always tasty! Definitely kid friendly with the option to dine in. The combo packs with 1 piece of chicken, 1 side, 1 small fry, usually have the smallest saddest piece of chicken...this could definitely be improved with a larger sized piece of chicken for the cost of the combo. The buckets usually have good sized pieces of chicken.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids because it is not fancy where you need to dress up. Bring them and yourself in your pajamas and just be cozy dining in with some tasty chicken.

I had the popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn, I got very little corn? Maybe next time will ask for more corn.
Just save money, headache and stomach by going to other chicken places. $22 to switch to not just getting drumsticks and wings? So a basic bucket costs over $60? For 9 piece chicken bucket meal? Not worth the pile of oil at the bottom of the bucket. The salads taste funny, the fries are always soggy. Yuck.

I go to this location often for lunch typically getting the big crunch combo. This time however the chicken looked rather unappetizing. The staff were also lackluster.

The branch at Orchards Park Mall in Kelowna is the worst. I rarely write online reviews, but I felt I had to put this one out. I've been eating KFC for almost 30 years, but I never had such a bad experience. Food tastes bad. Prices are higher than other branches. And they won't honor their own offers unless they are printed on paper! Staff weren't so friendly either! Definately won't go back to that branch again!

First told they don't deliver. Drive there to pick up some dinner. Discover the truth. They are out of chicken. How does KFC run out of chicken? Try calling the Mission store (3 times) No answer!I have loved KFC my entire life.Broken-hearted. LOL
