Very average. My food wasn’t all hot and fresh. Burger patty seemed older. Gravy was good. KFC isn’t what it once was. I don’t think it’s worth the money with the prices these days.

The cashier was really intense and was basically ready to explode. (She appears in some of the photos in the other reviews-Honestly the rudest person I’ve encountered in years). Basically it seems like she hated everyone.
Also about 4 people got their food before me. The tables were all dirty as well. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in recent memory.

We ordered a 6 piece chicken bucket with two sides from uber eats and when we got the order it was really cold and the chicken looked like it was cooked a day before ! We also got fries which were really cold and didn't taste good at all. KFC is not cheap and when you order, you expect your order to be good but i feel like it was just a waste of money as we were not able to eat it.

We had ordered six piece of chicken with two sides. The bill was just over $40. We had used a delivery platform. it was delivered in a very short time which was a nice surprise. But unfortunately, we soon learned that the reason it was delivered so quickly was because the chicken had obviously been sitting there for quite some time. Greasy, cold, not crunchy at all that one would expect from fried chicken. The coleslaw seems like the recipe has changed. Watery and bland. I expect more for a QSR franchise as consistency and uniformity are the cornerstones of that industry. I am not usually one to complain , but I have to say I feel very cheated for the over $40 + bill for what we received.

Absolutely garbage all around, the chicken was cold craft dinner was cold and soggy no care put into the food I get fast food but this was just embarrassing the Mac and cheese had weird white discolouration on it and tasted horrible…it’s hard to mess up Mac and cheese
If I can give 0 I would! Horrible! Don't go there! I have been there at least 20 times and every time they mess up the order on purpose so they can steal money. For example you pay for coleslaw you pay, they collect money but they don't include the item. Every single time! If you try calling them they don't answer. They are so so cheap that drumstick looks literally like a pinky finger. They give 1 napkin to go when you are eating greasy chicken? What? Small ripped bags..come on!

I love the KFC hotwings and get them often. I ordered some from here and they were as old as Methuselah and must have been sitting in the deserts of Arrakis the whole time because they were dry and crusty, barely edible.
The kicker was I prompted TO TIP! Are you OK KFC!? What service am I tipping on, having someone slide my order over the counter? They are out to lunch and the lunch is old and crusty.

This has got to be one of the worst KFC locations in Canada. They are extremely unorganized. Poor customer service. And to top it all off, they won't honor their corporate Sandwich of the deal offer. Disappointing that Kelowna has to suffer through such a poor restaurant offering. There is a large opportunity for a fried chicken restaurant to come into Kelowna and do a much better job.
