Came with my kids, while waiting for our food my son was crying as he is hungry (4years old) then one of the worker not sure if she is a server or kitchen stuff but she came up to us and said âthey got lots of complaints alreadyâ (fyi my son was crying for not even a minute yet) I said âcomplaints regarding my son crying cos heâs hungry? and who complained?â and she replied âyeah my mom, she is the cook, she canât cook as your son is very loudâ and we were told to shut him up or we need to bring him out.
This restaurant needs to put a sign âNO KIDS ALLOWEDâ if they donât want any noise or might as well put a sign like âNO NOISE ALLOWEDâ LOL.
Anyway our food were good, and our server was ok.

Love the food there. The spicy chicken is to die for
Excellent Korean fare. Kimbap is my son's and my daughter's favourite place to eat, and we visit regularly. Just last week, my close Korean friend (who introduced me to Korean cuisine) visited from Vancouver -- he hadn't been (he moved from Kelowna to Vancover before Kimbap opened) and he gave his meal a very high score!

Customer service sucks. I come in as a student and the servers are constantly eye rolling me if im not ready to order.
Their food is amazing!!! And staff are very kind. I went back to this place multiple times during my stay in Kelowna. 10/10 recommend!
