I can't believe I didnt leave a review sooner! I've been ordering food from here for years. I remember getting Kings food as a kid at the farmers market and I continued to order from them after I moved out. The Sweet and Sour Veggie is my husband's and my favorite. We also like the hot crispy bean and the curry crispy bean. My husband is not a vegetarian like myself, but he absolutely loves the food from Kings as much as I do. Always excellent customer service and consistent quality food. Janice is an absolute sweetheart.

Came to the Kelowna Farmer's Market and was excited to see a food truck of vegetarian Asian food. Although the food tasted quite good (nice meat substitutes), I don't want to give full stars because the service seemed a bit disorganized. I waited a long time and the person who ordered after me actually got their order long before I did (even though we ordered some of the same things, except they ordered more items than me). There was no checking in about when my food would be ready or any apologies for the long wait. I was counting on having some more time to check out the market but they were closing down by the time I received my food so it felt like a waste of time.

My family absolutely loved King's Vegetarian Food! Our favourites are the steamed buns, sweet and sour veggie package (like a faux sweet and sour pork), and the basil cakes are a must try. Such a great local ,family-run company.

This is a grab and go kind of place in the local farmers' market and though the food isn't perhaps the healthiest, you can't beat the wonton soup. Flavorful and the wontons are plentiful. $5 Cdn for soup.

It's Saturday and it's almost lunch time. I'm hungry. Off to the Farmer's Market for some vegan dim sum! I always look forward to visiting King's Vegetarian.
The buns and shumai are delicious. So delicious that I always order them and haven't gotten around to ordering the other items, but they look good too.
A friend of mine swears by their bubble tea and gets it every time he's at the market.
The owners/servers always look happy and are very kind and considerate. That, are the prices are decent enough that you could visit every Saturday! I just wish they were available every day and year round, and hopefully when the new farmer's market location is complete they will be there all the time!

I enjoyed some great tasting soup and a plate of snacks at King’s Veg Food Stall. It’s a nice family operation with good food. If they had a restaurant operating year round I would go there a lot! - but you can only find them during the outdoor Farmer’s Market season, and Saturday mornings at the indoor winter venue.

King's is delicious food, but not for the health concious. I call it "naughty vegan food": high sugar, oil, white flour, and mainly soya protein. I am not certain if they are GMO or MSG free, or if their products are organic since I don't remember this being posted.
