This place is absolutely phenomenal, even on delivery, no quality lost. Putting the udon noodles in a separate container was very appreciated and clever. Outstandingly delicious.
My only recommendation is please put the vegetarian rolls separate from protein rolls :-)

Amazing spot, first time trying them out and the service and food was top notch. Tasty miso soup and salad, tempura batter was perfectly light and crispy. The beef teriyaki plate came out sizzling and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

I ordered the karaage and a 1/2 order of veggie tempura, and others with me ordered a chicken tempura and donburi bowl. The main difference between the last two is the bowl is a smaller portion. The karaage was very tender, though a different dipping sauce than I expected. Still good Everything was delivered hot, and tasted good. Our server was friendly and polite. The ambience was clean and softly lit. The restaurant is accessible to wheelchair users - I saw another patron come in and the server moved away the extra chair.
There is plenty of free parking.

This was our second time here and probably our last. As others who were there tonight, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. When we arrived it took quite awhile for anyone to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Directed to just find a table, which was fine. Took another 10 minutes to get waters. We were ready to order but the guy just walked away. We watched 3 other tables get seated, waters and their orders taken after we sat down. I tried to get the males attention, but he kept going into the alcove and finding other things to do. I could see that they were probably short staffed, but the takeout orders seemed to be the only food that was being made. It's like they prioritized the Skip orders over the in house orders. My son and I just got up and left. We passed multiple people waiting at the door who also stood there unacknowledged. Went to White Spot. We were in a separate group to the Stephen Whiting review. He must have been there after us.

When we arrived at Komo Sushi me and my mom expected better. I myself went there as a Tournament was underway and so Me and my Mom went out for dinner, However the service was extremely bad. I would have expected better from this place. Last time we came it was good we got good service good food and very full stomachs. This time we came out empty handed as we were never served after being sat. We were brought waters and thats it. Everyone else was being served, but why not us? It was very intresting to say the least. We waiting aprox. 25-30mins then we left. To the owners of Komo Sushi please make sure that your service gets better than this.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. It was mostly a lineup for takeout food. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting for food with no one in the restaurant eating.
We had been waiting there for quite a while before anybody came to the table. When the waitress finally approached to drop off some waters, we tried to begin talking to her, and she quickly ran away. It was clear they were very understaffed, but the servers made no attempt at all to explain how busy they were. They just avoided eye contact and avoided the tables altogether.
When a waiter finally approached a table, he approached a table that had just arrived instead of taking an order from one of the existing tables. So we finally left, and others I imagine left too.
I've never left a negative review before, but I felt compelled to with how the servers made us feel. We were truly an inconvenience.

Light and flaky coating cooked in clean oil makes the luxurious prawns, green beans, 3 types of yams, mushrooms and broccoli crisp and flavourful!!
It’s a large serving size and served with an abundance of dipping sauce.

This will certainly be one of the most memorable restaurants from my visit to Kelowna, as the establishment was spotless, the staff were incredibly lovely, and the food was both delicious and served in very generous portions. I ordered the Tempura Udon, and because it arrived with such a wonderful variety of tempura, I initially thought I’d accidentally ordered an extra side; however, it was simply part of the brilliant meal, which I enjoyed immensely. My whole party was equally impressed, and we truly appreciated the complimentary drinks you kindly provided—thank you so much!
