so I ordered on April 2nd, I ordered a cheese cake for pick up at 6. I called the store to see if my order was ready to be picked up, I was informed that they didn't not have any cheese cakes for a few day, I don't understand why I was able to order an item that was not in stock, so I asked for a refund, the employee working said he couldn't refund my credit card and that I would have to go to the store for a cash refund, I asked for it to be a refund on my card since that is how I paid, so the employee had to call the manager and I had to call back in ten minutes, so I called back and was told it would be refund that was 17 days ago, so last Sunday I called again the employee did the same thing called there manager and said the same thing. And I still have not gotten a refund. The customer service is terrible. The management terrible. Why can I not get a refundI have had to call multiple times, wasting my time. What a horrible business.

Tried their cake slices, red velvet and carrot. They are $9 each. Not worth in my opinion. Rates are too high for a slice. Cake was soft and moist but icing was more than the cake and I didn't like the icing.

It’s like a kids movie about ice cream just came to real life. So many variety and options. Great service. The owner is a real nice person. Everyone in kelowna should get their ice cream there.
The variety of flavors was astounding, and the quality of the ice cream. The ambiance was charming and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their delicious offerings!

Obsessed with La Diperie! Every treat I have had from here has been "chef's kiss" ??♀️amazing! I could live off all of the cookie doughs (double chocolate, chocolate chip, Oreo and. Birthday cake) all of them are so good! The white chocolate macadamia cookies were so soft and chewy the perfect home made cookie texture. The popcorn is also the best combination of salty and sweet I believe you can choose your toppings but I had a combination created by the lovely staff I think it was popcorn with skit bits and maybe Kitkat and both milk chocolate and cheesecake sauce. It was delicious. Really anything you choose is guaranteed to be delicious! Also the staff are so lovely and helpful, Chetan is always so nice and friendly always has a good suggestion if they're out of the item I’m looking for. Both Chetan and Anjali are the best in so many ways. Thank you for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful you both make this world a better place ?

Arguably the best ice cream I’ve had in my life. The crunch of the toppings and the dip is so excellent it actually evokes tears from my eyes. And there’s like 30 dip flavour options and 15 topping options. The possibilities are endless. LOVE

La Diperie has been a wonderful addition to the north side of the Downtown core! It's been missing an ice cream parlour, and La Diperie is just perfect! While it is standard ice cream; the topping and dip choices are unreal! There so many options to choose from (literally 15+ dips and 15+ toppings), it really makes the ice cream experience a lot more fun. They have tons of gourmet donuts, and unique types of ice cream themed desserts. Plus, actual cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. So good! The staff are also extremely kind, and they already know me as a regular! Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique ice cream experience in Kelowna!
