Nice and Friendly until something goes wrong!!
There was a group of us and we rented a boat as well as a JetSki. The JetSki with my husband and son ended up tipping over and they fell into the water..having a cell phone on them they called the “Emergency number” we were given for such instances without a response, I tried calling the number repeatedly to get them help and all I got was a lengthy message ending in a voicemail !!
When they finally went to “help” them after at least 40 minutes they were yelling at my son that this would cost $14000 to repair and they made him push the JetSki to shore with them….No Concern whatsoever about the safety and well-being of having an accident and been in cold water that long or even an apology, their sole concern was the piece of equipment.
Then they went ahead and run through a $4000 charge on the credit card claiming damage to the Jetski, which never hit anything and had the rescue been there fast enough there wouldn’t be any so-claimed “water damage”!
Extremely bad experience especially for my son who was caused a lot of distress due to the incident and bad response from this company.

Had an awesome time!! Tried the sea doo’s out and went on the Myra Canyon bike tour! Amazing staff, friendly, safe and knowledgeable! If your in Kelowna I would highly recommend checking these guys out! You will have a great day no matter which way you choose to spend it!!
