Ordered several times in the past. It had always been good. The last time was awful. We had a dish with crispy tofu. It wasnt crispy. It was soggy. Like they forgot about it so they cut it up, threw it in and hoped for the best. The other dishes were mediocre at best. We can get better at the mall at this point.

OUR FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE
I’d like to share a disturbing experience 5 of us had at this restaurant.
We ordered several dishes, including: 1. Eggplant dish – It was extremely salty and barely edible. 2. Fried prawns – The batter was far too thick, making it feel like we were eating just batter with a tiny shrimp inside. It was disappointing in both taste and quality. 3. Steamed Tilapia – This was the most troubling. At the very first bite, I realized it was undercooked—actually raw in parts. I took a photo of the raw portion and immediately called the waitress, asking her to discard the dish. She acknowledged the issue and said it wouldn’t be charged to the bill, which I appreciated.
However, the biggest issue came during payment.
I paid my bill using a credit card, only to find that a 15% tip had been automatically added without my approval. I was never given the option to choose or enter a tip myself. When I asked why this was the case, the waitress explained that their restaurant charges tips automatically. I told her I was not happy with that, especially considering the poor service and the quality of food.
She began justifying the tip by pointing out that they didn’t charge me for the Chinese tea and the raw steamed fish. But these items should not have been charged anyway due to the complaints.
Tipping should never be forced, especially when service was minimal and food quality was unsatisfactory. In our case, food was brought by a robot, and the waitress only came to take the order and when we complained. That hardly qualifies for a 15% service charge.
This experience left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I urge others to check their bills carefully and question any automatic charges. Such practices are misleading and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
This restaurant deserves no star. No option for that. CK

2 days Trip in Kelowna, googled this restaurant and noticed quite high ratings and made a reservation one day before. Upon visit, no greeting no water no menu for about 20 mins; ordered food and one dish was sent to wrong table and I have to cancel it as I did not want to wait another 30mins. Kids were starving and I was pretty much did everything by myself. Food was above average but only one server to serve about 10 tables (40-50 guests) plus delivery orders. It was a BC day long weekend, I strongly recommend the owner hire more servers during those special days as the experience was extremely bad.

We had made a reservation in advance; however, upon arrival, there was no table available for us, and we ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes. When it was finally time to order, many of the dishes we were hoping to try were already sold out, which was quite disappointing. It then took another 40 minutes for the food to be served. While it was clear that the restaurant was busy, this is precisely why we had made a reservation. The lack of preparation and poor handling of the situation was very disappointing. That said, the food itself was satisfactory.
The chow mien was under cooked, the sweet and sour pork was off, dry and had no sauce on it,,the vegetables were not edible, the tables were sticky, the waitress was not paying attention to us, and it wasn't busy, and it looked like a Hoarders office,,also the robot was cool but had old food on it,,

Disappointed ☹️ Today July 27th at 5:30 pm my family and I went to LVS restaurant for dinner. I followed the reviews and picked LVS Restaurant. Did you know condiments of Hot Chili Sauce in oil costs $3.50? The server did not tell me that it will cost me $3.50. The food had no flavor, I requested a second hot sauce, therefore, I was charged $7.00 for a tiny hot chilli sauce. We ordered green beans which comes with pork. I don't eat pork so I requested if the restaurant can substitute pork with chicken or beef. I was told No. I was charged the same price without meat. The other two dishes were tasteless and cold when delivered. Steamed rice was dry and cold. Money grabbed for Poor Service!
