It's a good place if your cravings for short orders and I love the vegetable fried spring rolls, pork spring rolls and siopao. I bought some salted eggs and dried banana flowers to take home. 😍

Expensive and they put less pearls or actually any toppings compare to other milk tea place in Kelowna. Bought few times here and sometimes its tasteless. I ordered also for to go and they messed it up twice. My husband had to go back and get my proper order. Wouldn’t recommend.

never actually open until the close time.. i’ve shown up countless times and they’re closed early. sign outside says open until 12 and closed at 10:30!! change ur hours or stay open please

Overheard the ownership telling people that they don’t honour gift cards that still have money on them and they expire! Turned away two people with drinks already made. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be spending any of my money here anymore and recommend others do so as well.
Edit: First of all you’re responding to the wrong person. Second of all it doesn’t matter if the system doesn’t recognize the gift card because you guys changed it. You guys DO have control to do something. And you should absolutely still honour it instead of stealing peoples money!

This place was absolutely horrible. The tables were filthy, the floors sticky, and the staff were rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested in helping. I have never felt so ignored and disappointed.

This bubble tea was awful. The tapioca pearls were hard and flavourless, the tea had zero flavour. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Will not be coming back. Much better options than this waste of money.

My son bought my daughter a $20 GC from this store. She spent $9 on it a few months ago. She went in to get a couple drinks and to use the rest of the GC and they would not honour the GC. They said it’s expired, Which is not true. And BTW, gift cards are not allowed to have expiry dates in Canada. And on the bottom of the gift card, it says value does not expire. Spoke to the owner he said he could care less and he will not honour the gift card. So they just stole money from my son. Very sad that company does business like this. If you care about your money at all and how you are treated then DO NOT go to this company.

First time trying Macao in the Kelowna location and I can honestly say I’m disappointed. My partner and I decided to check out the Kelowna location and were pretty excited since we love the Macao location in Calgary when we had it. We ordered Oreo cheesecake and black sugar matcha, and from the first look it already looked unpromising but didn’t want to judge the book by its cover. The first sip we took was in the car and on our way home and safe to say that we don’t recommend this location. First of all, the oreo one was bland and the matcha was too bitter, we asked for regular ice and sugar but the ice filled up 70% of the drink and seems like no sugar was added whatsoever.

Used to be consistently good, but now I think the ownership/management has changed and it’s not the same anymore. They now have a mini shop to sell snacks and cooked food (they cook in the back, making the place smelly sometimes)
