Visited earlier this summer and it was average but yesterday the experience was not as good. You can't adjust the sugar level of their milk teas (apparently they premix it) and the tapioca pearls were hard and quite small. This was for a classic pearl milk tea. My partner got a black sugar taro milk tea and the flavour of coconut was very strong. Not sure if this was an abnormal experience but there are far better places for Boba in Kelowna in my opinion

I’ve been to a lot of Macau locations and this by far is the worst. The bubble teas we ordered taste like water. They’re not cheap either. Definitely not coming back.

Wasn’t bad….nice atmosphere with lots of places to sit. Although when I went in I told the staff I’ve never been there before and might need a minute to decide, and they stood there the whole time staring at me. Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t have descriptions, so I chose the mixed fruit tea. Next time i’ll ask what’s most popular, but I do wish there were less sugary options- as much as I love the idea of cheesecake and cookies in my drink, I went in looking for something simple. I asked for strawberry popping boba at an extra fee and I had the hardest time finding them in my drink. I unfortunately threw my drink out 3/4 full because there were hardly any popping boba and too many crunchy fruit pieces. So do your research before ordering! they charged me over $9.50 for this simple drink when I was seeing $7 on their door, so I was charged for the biggest size and charge full for popping boba I may have gotten 1/3 worth of. So i’m not the happiest with my experience there but i’m sure it’s a bit subjective and for people who know what they’re going to order straight off the bat- this would be a great place, but not for a first time goer who needed a bit of help deciding.
