MADE IN INDIA RESTAURANT

I ordered Fish Tikka for pick-up over the phone today. The price listed on both their Google Menu and Uber Eats was $10. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged $14. I asked the receptionist about the price difference and showed her the Google Menu. She apologized and pointed to their in-store menu, where the price was listed as $14. She also tried checking their website, but the item wasn't listed there. While she apologized for the inconvenience, she offered no solution and simply mentioned she would inform her manager. I ended up paying $14, even though I would have only paid $10 if I had ordered through Uber Eats for pick-up.

The service and atmosphere is very good . We did dine in here the food was also amazing but after few bites we find a hair in our food. Please be careful with regarding food.

Amazing food and service , We had tandoori roti , smosa chat , and I forgot the name , paneer something. Thanks for making good food. You guys are million times better than Osoyoos.
Open one in Osoyoos as well.

I am really disappointed that there is no option to give 0 stars. I had placed my order through Uber eats around 8:15 pm on Oct 20, 2024 and scheduled it for 9:30-10 pm delivery. My wife was fasting the whole day and this was going to be her meal after 12 hours of fasting. The restaurant kept delaying the order and finally when I called them around 9:45 pm to enquire more about what is happening, a girl picked up the call and gave absolutely no explanation about the incident or the issue and left the phone unattended. I could hear everything what they were talking about in the background since they were talking about how they messed up our order. I was thinking I am on hold and she is confirming the status, however I heard her telling the other person to turn off the lights and close the restaurant and at that time I realised that she never intended to solve my issue. I hung up and called again and number started giving the busy tone. I understand that may be you guys forgot to prepare our order or whatever the reason was; however the least she could do was give me an explanation so that I could look into other options in time since many of the restaurants are already closed at this time. Worst service ever. Good customer service is as important as good food. Hope the owner or the manager can look into whoever was working that shift and talk to your staff about basics of customer service.

Had an amazing experience at Made in India. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that reminded me of traditional Indian cuisine. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality Indian food!

We tried this place recently. And the food is not as per the ratings. It was not fresh neither tasty. Taller server had no service etiquette. There was no greeting and no smile. However the other server was still nice. The rating is not accurate.

-Basmati rice . Great
-Rasmalai . Usually my favourite course but Omg way too sweet!! Couldn’t eat it! And the actual cheese balls where though (not smooth and moist)
-Lamb korma. Payed extra for lamb but Pieces of meat were not tender (could have been beef?)
