This used to be an excellent experience! The buffet, the deserts, the games, drinks and atmosphere. Not any more!! The bought rail seats. First time since Covid ended. We couldn’t believe what a rip off it’s become. The food is absolutely disgusting!!! The service was amateurish at best. My burger was a disgusting frozen patty probably from the frozen food section of Walmart. The prices are out of this world rediculous. And then they add a 15% mandatory tip to your bill! I guess that’s because the food and service are so bad that they have to in order to get any tip at all. It’s really sad what this place has become. From now on we will just go out for dinner and then buy the cheapest ticket we can and go sit on the rail, have a drink and watch the game. Zero stars from me.

So here’s a strange thing. We go the Rickets games and sit on the rails in Manhattan Point. So you pay $78 per ticket which includes $45 each for food and drinks. However they arbitrarily take $15 of that for a mandatory tip. For two people. Also they won’t give you a print out of your bill to make sure it is correct. Then they invite you to leave more tip. Something is wrong with this.

We come to the rockets games quite often and always have exceptional service from Lori and Jeff (sorry if I spelt names wrong). Tonight it was the busiest we have seen so far this year. Our table service at the beginning was not the best but the team pulled through. We had Lori and Jeff running drinks, clearing glasses. We could see what was either the owner or manager, Jason, running around food delivering, clearing tables, and doing anything asked of him. The two food runners working tonight were super nice and friendly. Overall, after tonight we cannot express our appreciation for this staff. We love it here and we love how hard they work to make us feel at home. Tonight was so busy and they killed it.

We had the platter for 2 with fried chicken and ribs, coleslaw, garlic toast and crispy seasoned fries. They actually served a back as a piece which had no meat so I had a wing and back not knowing. The ribs were stringy and tough, I ate just one. The coleslaw was bitter and had large unchopped chunks in it. The fries and bread were ok. They don't have a cocktail menu and so finally I asked for a margarita. It was watwred down and did not include all the usual ingredients. Very bad, we had to add more lime juice and some 7up! We were served 2 small side plates and had to ask for large plates. For the price, save your money and go to many of the wonderful restaurants downtown. Also I had Reservations and they tried to put us in a small circular table! Our platter and such would never have fit. We were there at door opening and yet given a bad table. I asked to be moved, it was clear there were window tables unset and larger which just fit all our plates and the platter! Nope

The only reason I’m giving a single star is because of my server who was fantastic. The food is a joke. All frozen nothing made fresh in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting burger, 0 seasonings, the fish and chips is frozen and then fried, the gravy is like dipping your fries in liquid salt. Spending the day recovering from all the bad food that was partially consumed. Don’t eat here. Go to McDonald’s. it’s better.
The only reason I gave 1 star is because it's not the servers fault. Food is disgusting. Don't waste your money.

Stay away from this place. The menu in house is priced much higher than online. Reported this but they have not changed. Classic bait and switch. The food is mediocre at best. Way overpriced.Service is non existent. Lots of other options close by. Save yourself the grief and explore them.
