So here’s a strange thing. We go the Rickets games and sit on the rails in Manhattan Point. So you pay $78 per ticket which includes $45 each for food and drinks. However they arbitrarily take $15 of that for a mandatory tip. For two people. Also they won’t give you a print out of your bill to make sure it is correct. Then they invite you to leave more tip. Something is wrong with this.
We come to the rockets games quite often and always have exceptional service from Lori and Jeff (sorry if I spelt names wrong). Tonight it was the busiest we have seen so far this year. Our table service at the beginning was not the best but the team pulled through. We had Lori and Jeff running drinks, clearing glasses. We could see what was either the owner or manager, Jason, running around food delivering, clearing tables, and doing anything asked of him. The two food runners...
We bought rail seats for a game a while ago. When we arrived, there were people sitting in our seats drinking.They told us the management had given them permission to sit there. They moved along when the waitress showed up to clean up after them.We paid a fair bit extra for those seats and couldn't understand why the restaurant would allow people to walk in with drinks they bought from the concession booths and occupy the table we reserved. We have tickets for the game tonight...
