Marble Slab Creamery

Marble Slab Creamery on Lakeshore is an expensive ice cream place but can be worth the visit. During the summer it's always packed with families, so the building can be loud at times. The workers are always friendly and very nice if you have questions. The options for ice cream flavours and toppings are very broad, which can be fun. (I got a coconut flavour with coconut flakes and skor which came to the price of 12 dollars!) However, it is outrageously expensive for the quality of ice cream. Would go for a once-try kind of deal, otherwise, there are more affordable and better-tasting places within Kelowna.

Kid-friendliness: This location is surrounded by beaches, so it's often full with families. Everyone is always friendly!

I got a free cone for my birthday freebie! The cheesecake ice cream was delicious and they let you pick as much toppings as you want. Although, the toppings put on mine were not quite as many but still very delish!

Ice cream ok.. Table wasnt cold enough so icecream melted fater than it should.. Very unsanitary.. Waffle peices all over.. lools lile it hasnt been mopped in a month.. Point system with app not working.. Id rather support mom and pop local at this rate..

We love it here, the ice cream is always nice, the service is great, and you can cross the street and go to the park with a beach to enjoy your ice cream with a view. Great location, and place.

Ten people on line with some serious communication issues going on with staff. Average an ice cream cone going out about every ten minutes with two staff working.

TERRIBLE

My granddaughter was getting ice cream and the ice cream lady used the same spoon that they use for peanuts for her ice cream she’s allergic to nuts and they do not clean the table after every use so she had a terrible allergic reaction she could barely breathe.
