It is a great place at great location. Ice-cream is great and service is good. They need to wera cleaner uniform/cloth and wash it or change it more often. Workers at back wear dirty cloth and they come to front area too and they are handling the ice cream too.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendyParking: Hard to find parking spot even the paid parking.
I ordered two different "scoop creations" these creations were the suggested ones in the pictures on the glass and figured I wouldn't have to add anymore input but that turned out to not be the case.There was a lot of confusion on my part and their part. In the end, I walked out and didn't order anything. I think this is too complicated and they made it worse by not listening for what I asked. I don't see a reason to go to this franchise in my home town now.

Went there because their website boasts their vegan flavors and was somewhat disappointed. There was vegan chocolate and vanilla. It was $8 for a small bowl, the scoop was not very generous for the price either. I think the concept is cool-being able to add whatever you want to the base ice cream- but in execution it's a little underwhelming unless you want a whole bunch of add-ons. It costs extra for a cone.I'm not sure if it's what they were cleaning the floor with, or maybe they just hadn't washed their mop in a long time, but the whole shop smelled like dirty socks and it was very unpleasant.Just mid. Very expensive. Lots of better places in kelowna. No offense.

This is my sons favorite icecream place. I dont like it that much as the ice creams are too sweet for me and when they mix the nuts and other itesm with eh ice cream, it becomes very soggy which I dont like.
