The service is very good!! The food was great & Mario is a the best!!!!! He checks to make sure everything is good with your experience & just goes above & beyond.. The servers do a great job along with management. Gord & Cindy.

While I enjoy the food, it was a terrible experience. The tv's were turned up far to loud as there was a game on. I felt it ruined what was supposed to be a nice supper with my spouse. I do get it that it is a sports bar but could you not show some respect to other diners who maybe don't want to hear sports so loud you couldn't hear yourself think?? I know people are going to say well it's a sports bar what do you expect....I expect the same courtesy as anyone else and my money should be just as good as others.

Ordered the turkey dinner and was disappointed in the meal, especially the turkey. Turkey was really tough and dry.....hard to tell it was turkey. Hardly and gravy and brussel sprouts were practically raw. Disappointing since most of other experiences have been good. We eat there frequently before hockey games.

Spicy chicken tastes like fish my daughter wouldn't eat it Fettuccine was just ok was supposed to replace shrimp with chicken and my fish burger was very greasy I had a good experience last time but this time food was not up to par

UNHYGIENIC AND DIRTY. My friends and I dined here tonight August 31st. We were given a jug of iced water which had a floating white blob of what according to the server was a piece of a receipt… We discovered it after we drank almost the entire jug of water. DISGUSTING. Not to mention, the food tasted and has the texture of cardboard. Stay far away unless you want to drink water with BPAs and toxic chemicals

I asked my meal be prepared gluten free as I am celiac but it came with cornbread on it which is not. I felt they didn't pay attenion and take my celiac seriously. Penticton's eatery does.⁸

We made a reservation and we were running about 20 minutes late. I called Match and they said "no problem, we will hold your table until you get here". They did hold it and it was very busy the night we went. The service was excellent. I am a picky eater and they got our order right and our server was very pleasant and super busy as were all the servers. We enjoy going to Match Eatery when we are in Kelowna. Top Notch service from the greeter, servers and kitchen staff. Would highly recommend!!

We had the Fish & Chips, very good. We like going when they have the taste of Kelowna, they have a 3 course menu. The sticky Pudding is so good, We have eaten many things off the menu and have been please.

The food is not good. It is the second time we tried to eat here. In December two of us dined....One sent their meal back and didn't eat. Last night there was 5 of us and only the person having wings enjoyed their food. Beef dip (X2), steak sandwich, and lettuce wraps were not good at all. The steak for the steak sandwich was sliced and in a bun that was crunchy. Beef dips same over crunching buns and grossly beef. Drinks were great and service was wonderful....food a big g NO. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and we were heading to a concert so didn't have time to send anything back back. Will not eat here again

We never actually ended up eating here. We were visiting from out of town and just chose the closest thing to our hotel. The food looked great and we were excited, so I made a reservation. However, once we found it (it was not clear that it was inside a casino), the concierge told us that my son (underage) couldn't come in. I offered that it would have been great if that was clear on the website, as we then had to find a different place to go. He seemed confused and didn't seem to understand english very well, then called the manager. I left because we were hungry and I saw no use in speaking to the manager. Please note that this restaurant is inside a casino and you cannot bring your kids here!

We eat at Match Eatery on a regular basis. The staff are amazing and helpful. The management team of Justin, Mario and Johnny go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. We are greeted so warmly when we arrive and they see to our every need. We love coming here and will continue to do so.

We had tacos and totts, sticks toffee pudding and half price wine during Happy Hour. The food was amazing!! The service was excellent!! It is across the street from The Prospera Arena which is a great location. I strongly recommend it!
