We made a reservation and we were running about 20 minutes late. I called Match and they said "no problem, we will hold your table until you get here". They did hold it and it was very busy the night we went. The service was excellent. I am a picky eater and they got our order right and our server was very pleasant and super busy as were all the servers. We enjoy going to Match Eatery when we are in Kelowna. Top Notch service from the greeter, servers and kitchen staff. Would highly recommend!!

We had the Fish & Chips, very good. We like going when they have the taste of Kelowna, they have a 3 course menu. The sticky Pudding is so good, We have eaten many things off the menu and have been please.

The food is not good. It is the second time we tried to eat here. In December two of us dined....One sent their meal back and didn't eat. Last night there was 5 of us and only the person having wings enjoyed their food. Beef dip (X2), steak sandwich, and lettuce wraps were not good at all. The steak for the steak sandwich was sliced and in a bun that was crunchy. Beef dips same over crunching buns and grossly beef. Drinks were great and service was wonderful....food a big g NO. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and we were heading to a concert so didn't have time to send anything back back. Will not eat here again

We never actually ended up eating here. We were visiting from out of town and just chose the closest thing to our hotel. The food looked great and we were excited, so I made a reservation. However, once we found it (it was not clear that it was inside a casino), the concierge told us that my son (underage) couldn't come in. I offered that it would have been great if that was clear on the website, as we then had to find a different place to go. He seemed confused and didn't seem to understand english very well, then called the manager. I left because we were hungry and I saw no use in speaking to the manager. Please note that this restaurant is inside a casino and you cannot bring your kids here!

We eat at Match Eatery on a regular basis. The staff are amazing and helpful. The management team of Justin, Mario and Johnny go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. We are greeted so warmly when we arrive and they see to our every need. We love coming here and will continue to do so.

We had tacos and totts, sticks toffee pudding and half price wine during Happy Hour. The food was amazing!! The service was excellent!! It is across the street from The Prospera Arena which is a great location. I strongly recommend it!

We order calamari for the starter and it small and little be soggy. The onion soup soup was just ok very watery and finally fish with chips had very small portions of cole slaw and chips
The service was poor,the service was poor the wine was hot one dish didn't come until we were ready to leave.Over all it was not a very good experience.

Keep in mind when ordering an appetizer, they are not exactly small. But oh so good. You get value for your money at this establishment. We will be going back. We were a group of 6 and the only complaint was the nachos. Poor lady could not even get through half of it. LOL.

Our server had a weird rude tone from the moment she came to our table. Ordered my first drink from the gentleman who sat us at the table a tall Caesar extra spicy. When our server finally came she barely listened and was off. We ordered food and I ordered a Caesar but just regular spice as the last had a little too much kick for me. Usually bartenders don't make them with any kick so I order them spicy. But this bartender was good so just the regular would do. I then got an extremely dirty Caesar loaded with Worcestershire and no spice at all. When I let her know the drink was not good and I had ordered it differently she took it away very clearly upset and didn't try to understand at all. The drink was then made wrong again. Staff were bickering with each other clearly in front of customers. When approaching the bartender I was met with frustration and I feel like nobody would actually ask me what I had ordered and just kept bickering about what they had interpreted for each other. Such a weird experience. Worked in the service industry for years and this was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. I'd never go back there.
