ordered 2 large hot chocolates at the order board. Order # 195
There was too long of a wait at the first drive thru window, to pay, while the cashier engaged in conversation with an employee. At the 2nd window, I was right away asked by an employee to pull up to one of the reserved stalls to wait for the 2 hot chocolate. AFTER 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally brings out the hot chocolates with no apology, whatsoever! I leave with them in a hurry to meet up with a friend who had been waiting patiently for me. What I got did not resemble or taste like hot chocolate! What I got looked and tasted like hot milk with a tenee, tiny trace of chocolate flavour. Had I not been so far away from the restaurant with my friend, I would have returned both of them. How embarrassing it was to present my friend with a hot cup of milk, instead of a rich cup of hot chocolate. I regularly frequent McDonald's for their coffee but this whole experience was disappointing and the customer service experience was lacking. So, not sure I'll be returning

Worst restaurant, worst staffs
Every time I order coffee they don’t add sugar as asked. Every single time I have to drive back and ask them. Today I ordered hot chocolate, I couldn’t take a single sip. It was just water and some chocolate. I drove back again to get it right.
Im done with these staffs. Never ordering from this place again.

If I could would give zero stars. I order the extract same burger everytime time. A McDouble with an extra patty. I pay for the extra patty and over half the time I don’t get the extra patty. Normally I catch it but this time I drove home and was rewarded with the boring normal McDouble. Besides the fact that I paid for an extra patty, how do you argue to get paid more money when you cant even read an order right. When I do walk in to say “hi I ordered an extra patty” they never say “sorry keep the mistake burger and we’ll make you another.” Instead they take the burger and then make you wait in areas of being in your car for the curb side delivery. Again these are little things in the real world. But when mistakes pile on it’s not good.

The lady in the drive-thru late at night, wears glasses, is super friendly! Lately the food has been super. Hot & fresh.

Downside is the homeless population allowed to set up by the drive-thru, doors and the outdoor patio.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a fast food restaurants as I have at your restaurant today I was in there with my son I would say that would be an average breakfast for two on the way out the door my son was sitting with his bike head I came out of the bathroom to see one of your staff members was telling him he couldn't be there and that he had to leave I informed a staff member that I'm his mother I was just in the bathroom and we are leaving now but we just spent $20 inside for breakfast so we are customers it's not like he was loitering or anything he was just waiting for his mom the snotty teenage staff member told me that his dad owned the restaurant and our $20 wouldn't make a difference for the restaurant anyway! I really think that your staff needs to learn at customer service and they also need to know that every dollar counts it is the customer who pays them without customers you guys would not have a restaurant or a job!!!
