This location is close to us and every single time the last 5 times we have been here the food is COLD. Today the burritos were frozen still. Disgusting. They constantly forget things in your order. Not worth the nasty food & waiting forever for things they forgo.

Mcflurries are my favorite thing from here. I usually get an Oreo mcflurry with scor and fudge, adding into it. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Terrible experience at McDonald’s Lakeshore location. I ordered a hot coffee with 3 oat milk and 4 Splenda through the drive-thru, and what I received was iced cold. I went inside to get it fixed, but no one came to the front to help. After waiting around, they refused to change the coffee.
To make things worse, there were three employees just standing together chatting, completely ignoring customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d recommend others avoid it too.
Do better, Lakeshore McDonald’s.

I recently visited McDonald's, and it was a total disaster. They forgot to put a bun on my burger! Seriously, how do you mess that up? The play area was just okay, nothing special. And don't even get me started on the fountain drinks—they tasted like cardboard. I expected better! Definitely not going back anytime soon.

I love McDonald’s for its unbeatable convenience and consistency. No matter where I am, I know I can count on McDonald’s for a quick, satisfying meal. Whether it’s grabbing a classic Big Mac, crispy fries, or their breakfast options like the Egg McMuffin, the food is always fresh and delicious.
What really stands out to me is how fast and easy it is. Whether I’m in a hurry and going through the drive-thru, or ordering ahead on the mobile app, the service is always efficient. The app is great too—I love the special deals and discounts that make an already affordable meal even cheaper.
McDonald’s also has a great variety. I like that I can grab a quick burger one day, but if I’m feeling like something lighter, there are healthier options like salads and wraps. And I have to admit, their soft-serve ice cream is a guilty pleasure I can never resist!
For me, McDonald’s is perfect when I’m on the go or just want something reliable. It’s a place I’ve grown up with, and even now, it’s still a go-to spot when I need something quick, tasty, and budget-friendly. Plus, the nostalgic feeling I get from a Happy Meal never gets old!

the staff at this location are frankly awful at their job, we have ordered delivery several times and have often received completely incorrect items when the receipt taped directly to the bag shows the correct order. There’s just no excuse for that to happen repeatedly, pay attention.
