Ordered food through uber and it was completely ruined and when we went to this location they helped fix our meal, the manager was super understanding and helpful. Really appreciate the workers at this location!

The management is worst whenever the order is being placed online they get a maintenance issue and they don’t notify their staffs to close store online where the customer assuming the food is getting prepared and after 30 mins you get the info that the store is not ready to do you order.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and hot. I really appreciated the professionalism and the speed, especially during a busy time. Great job!

The fries were cold and lack salt, the burger was wrong, chicken nuggets were practically crunchy and cooked in what must’ve been bad oil, sprite I ordered tasted like T.V static because it was just carbonated water. The service is poor and they’re too busy rushing people out so they can get back to their conversations which leads to their inability for focusing on any level of quality.
To throw a cherry on the top I went in to use their facilities and got told that there was only one washroom which was occupied (that’s fine). After waiting for 3 people before me I got a knock on the door followed by another one shortly after from an employee stating I had been taking too long. You could consider having a second washroom open.

Went around 1am when I got off work, as the hours say they are open. Drive through was blocked off by milkcrates and they had closed. This is pretty common at this Mcdonald's, even though it is a 24hr location.

Food incorrect ordered online app couldn’t be any easier .
Just went through the drive-through get a coffee and muffin 11 AM. I’m sorry we have no muffins not one muffin. Yeah whatever I’ll have a medium coffee with one sugar and half cream. Get over here to the laundromat. I got add sugar add half sugar so I got one and a half sugars and no cream. That was a waste of time and gas. Go to timmies get better service.
