Outstanding customer service
On December 29th around 5:00 PM, I had an experience that truly stood out.
Right after receiving our food, I accidentally spilled it. We were with our child, and the situation wasn’t easy to handle. It was completely my mistake.
What impressed me was how the staff responded. The employee smiled, said it was totally okay, and immediately remade the food for us without hesitation or any sign of frustration. I felt extremely sorry, but also deeply grateful.
The staff’s attitude was exceptional. They treated it as if it was no big deal at all and were clearly considerate of the fact that we had a child with us.
Even though it was a busy time, they still showed patience, kindness, and understanding, which honestly surprised me in the best way.
Moments like this are what leave a lasting impression and remind you why great service matters.

Aside from the random white string that was wrapped around one of my fries, my experience here was really nice. The fries and nuggets were fresh and hot ( only Macdonald’s I get hot nuggets ) The lovely young man working the front counter ( maybe Ronin? ) was so polite and hard working - he called us guests, which felt warm and inviting. He was also tidying the waiting area in between serving people. It was refreshing to have this service and he should be rewarded for his hard work!

Being taken out to lunch here? So is the owner! I walked in on insanely loud club music and saw three employees changing a garbage for over three minutes. Don't think I'm upset, I'm jealous that it wasn't this easy when I worked here. LOL

I had a great experience at Mcd inside Walmart! The staff here provides the best customer service—friendly, patient, and they really take the time to prepare the coffee properly. You can tell they care about both quality and customer satisfaction.
I tried their medium oat iced coffee, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while—smooth, rich, and full of flavor. It didn’t taste rushed or watered down like some other places.

I was once really hungry and walked like 2km to here because the stupid evil A&W near my house was closed. It took forever for me to get my burger and it lowkey sucked. Also the employees were constantly yelling for some reason??
Shameful Move by McDonald’s – Charging for a Takeout Bag?
It’s absolutely ridiculous that McDonald’s now charges customers for a takeout bag. If I’m ordering food to-go, how else am I supposed to carry it? In my hands? This is blatant corporate greed, plain and simple.
Nickel-and-diming loyal customers over something as basic as a bag shows how far this company has fallen. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s insulting. McDonald’s used to be about quick, convenient service. Now it feels like a money grab at every turn.
Keep going down this path, and you'll drive customers away. This might seem like a small issue, but it’s symbolic of a bigger problem. A company that can’t respect its customers doesn’t deserve their business
