Went inside for food and took 20 minutes for food to come out, the male person making the burgers wears no gloves when preparing the food. SO UNSANITARY. I'm NEVER coming back unless THEY USE GLOVES when preparing the food. Worst McDonald's in Kelowna.

There are some lovely employees that give exceptional customer service. These employees Jen, Erwin, Jasmine and Eiffel go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct, and if it's not they happily fix it. I appreciate these hard working employees.

Kinda dirty but what mcdicks isn't . I think they all are. But they don't have a change table at least they didn't last time I tried to use it which is a big boooo . But my kids just wants to make friends all the time and she does that here alot so we like it

First off, you make me pay for bags (which I'm fine with) so I buy 3 bags for 3 meals. I receive my food, crammed into 2 bags. So you're taking my 25 cents and not giving me my extra bag? The girl looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked for the bag that I paid for. She kind of threw it at me. My order was completely wrong. I ordered double cheeseburgers and got singles. I ordered snack wraps with no cheese, and they had cheese. It's not busy here. Why does the staff struggle so hard to get orders right?
