A delightful number of street goblins frequently hang out in this fine establishment's parking lot. I would avoid the drive through and go inside as I've only had communication problems at this location. The quality varies wildly from visit to visit as would be expected.

For how much this costs these days there are far better options.

“I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered the Junior Chicken burgers, and it was a major letdown. The bun was stale, and the chicken patty tasted old and dry, with none of the juiciness or flavor you’d expect from a freshly made burger. It felt like it had been sitting out for way too long, and it was honestly unpleasant to eat. McDonald’s really needs to step up their game on freshness if they want to keep customers coming back.”

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and care of the food from this McDonald’s location. My husband recently ordered a meal, and the burger he received had a tomato that was nearly moldy. This isn’t just unacceptable, but it also shows a serious lack of respect and consideration for customers. Food safety should be a priority, and it’s shocking that something in this condition could be served. This experience has left us with no confidence in the standards at this location, and we won’t be ordering from here again.

If you like rotten lettuce on your Jr.Chicken and a Mcflurry that is half full then this is the place to go. Top it off with pathetic customer service and you got yourself a real Rutland McDonald's experience. (Don't forget the Crackheads hassling you on your way out )

Their was an intoxicated woman kicking the glass door and yelling at the staff while I was there, but the staff handled it well.

Kid-friendliness: This does have the kid's indoor playground; however, some components have been removed from it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, nice wide pathways for wheelchair to fit though.

Very good place, clean, no homeless people either inside or outside, friendly attentive staff, we are happy with our visit. We came in a large group of 8 people, many children, we were served very well. Especially the guy Irwin, I want to especially mention him, he paid attention to us many times. I will come to this place again, I recommend it to others.

Online order 4 happy meals, Mcchicken and a Big Arch. Friendly staff brought everything to my car. Food was hot and delicious, good parking available. Everybody was McHappy!

Original: I went here every day for the dollar deals iced coffee and have built a nice familiar relationship with the staff, I always appreciate that one of the managers knows me by name. typically when dollar drink days are over I’ll start making my own coffees in the morning again, but I figured I’d get a medium iced coffee for old-time sake and also as it was a dollar itself. Upon getting said iced coffee, I took a sip of it and got a terrible surprise of grit in my coffee. occasionally, like any McDonald’s, they will mess up my order as I don’t like liquid sugar in my coffee, but Coffee grounds??? yuck! I wish I took a photo, but the kicker is: my replacement iced coffee also had coffee grounds in it. I ended up drinking it raw dog without the lid or a straw because I didn’t wanna sip on the coffee grounds at the bottom. as a long-term and regular McDonald’s patron, I have to admit I had much superior service last year in the Glenmore location when I would visit them every day. other than the coffee grounds incident, as well as the casual mess up of my order, I have no other complaints and they are a lovely set of staff I enjoyed getting my iced coffee from for the summer, although it seems as though once the summer is over, so is the quality. I hope something’s simply wrong with the coffee machine that’s making it spew out grounds —as the coffee was tasting a little off the past week as it was— otherwise, thank you for the service provided over the summer!

UPDATE: I was greeted by the manager who knows me by name, who kindly took me aside to let me know he talked with his staff to ensure there won’t be any issues regarding grounds at the bottom of my coffee :) He was so sympathetic especially knowing I’m a regular, and apologized for the experience. I really sincerely appreciate customer service like that!!! customer service that goes above and beyond to make resolutions!! I would’ve still gone to this location regardless, as it’s so close to my house and the manager is so kind, but he really elevated the customer service experience to a whole new level and i’m very impressed! Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness to my concern :)
