I normally don’t have complaints about the McDonald’s in Glenmore. I have to say for the most part pretty good but today staff were not paying attention when I ordered my coffee, my very, very hot coffee & when they Handed it to me I ended up wearing my coffee. My stomach and legs are burnt and very sore… To the McDonald’s crew please do better and be mindful that you are handling very hot beverages. Had this accident been spelled on a child or somebody with very sensitive skin? This could’ve gone in a very different direction. I unfortunately will feel this for the next couple days if not a bit longer!!!!!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in Kelowna. Typically no seats due to school kids hanging around. The food presentation is disgusting and yeah I know its McDonald's. I've been goin to McDonald's all my life and this place is brutal. Cold food , butchered orders, attitudes, out of stock items and zero hope of getting better....why because its been so poorly run for the last 6 years. Price are up and thd service is down on crap I shouldn't be ingesting anyway. To hell with these places honestly. Sure miss the old days and the old ways. Trust me pass this place. Ranks up there with McDonald's attached to gas stations...gross 😝

My biggest complaint is that if we’re waiting for food, please bring fresh food. As soon as you “park” us, we know we’re forgotten. 10-15 mins later you walk out with some items hot and the fries and one of your burgers feel like they’ve been left sitting in the bag under the heat lamp for the last 10+ minutes (at least!) I won’t get started on the Door Dash orders. 15/20 nuggets fresh and 5 are leather? Just send me the 15 and give me 25% back, please! 🙏🏼 The other 5 go straight into the garbage anyway. That’s for the company to “eat”, not me. ✌🏼
