yet, another wrong simple coffee order. its absolutely amazing how they can get a simple coffee with two sugar wrong. It's like I'm speaking an alien language, they don't understand me??. I've received everything from black to double double to even hot water with cream. all I want is an extra large coffee with two sugar. To top it off they want to argue with me thats what I order. This mcdonalds and the people working and running it , are an absolute joke.

The “new” lobby reno is horrible. Basically the reno was taking away pop/ketchup/napkin section and of course they give you NO ketchup, one napkin and slow sloppy service

Gave us the wrong food, we asked for a mighty McGriddle and even confirmed it at the window and still got a McMuffin. The burritos were at the bottom and squished. The chicken McMuffin was barely wrapped. The hash browns were soggy as hell. Like I worked at McDonald’s and know this isnt rocket science. Didn’t even get a receipt in the bag. Do better please.

Absolutely the worst experience every time I go to this McDonald's. Zero people skills and can never make an order properly. The only time I had a decent experience is before the imagrants took over all the fast food places. Will never go back! I wish there was a negative star to click on cause I would pick a negative 100 on the chart.

Cold hashbrowns and fries like the West Kelowna location. Excellent service. Serve your potato items HOT! People shouldn't have to drive through the drive-thru again or go inside after already going through the drive-thru! Get it right through first time!!!
