The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating—there were no surprise charges, and they made sure I felt completely supported. “We left the Rutland location because of how bad the service was and we drove all the way to Lake Country because I usually have much better service with Subcity. The contrast in the quality of service is unbelievable. The girl who helped us at the Lake Country location was so friendly, professional and efficient. There were multiple customers and she flew through all of us with a smile of her face. The two women at the Rutland location should be replaced with more people like the lady in Lake Country.
