Went here a couple times to pre game while in town for the Memorial Cup. Their happy hour is excellent and great service. The food was excellent, we had great service and were looked after very well. Highly recommend checking them out for happy hour and some good food.

Do not waste your time. There's better options downtown Kelowna.

We had the pulled pork sandwich special and the beef ribs meal.

It was all so bland. It didn't even taste like they prepped it at all. No salt, no sauce, just meat. Which isn't terrible, if I was buying it at the grocery store.

I sent the sandwich back and they didn't even ask why, just accepted it. Which should be telling. Considering this was the item they are advertising on their signage, you'd think you'd want it to actually taste good.

The beef ribs were slightly better. The BBQ sauce tasted like watered down Heinz BBQ sauce. They don't really have a selection of sauces outside of the house sauce either.

But hey, at least the fries we good...

To management, when a customer sends food back with only a single bite, and doesn't ask for anything else, as a manager you would investigate and ask why at a minimum.

Avoid at all costs, even Montana's is better than this place, and a better value for your $$.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We ordered the pulled pork, and it was extremely bland with no real smoke flavor or bark/ring that you would expect from proper BBQ. The barbecue sauce tasted watered down, almost like old bottled sauce.

The food was bad enough that we sent it back and decided we didn’t want anything else. That’s something we rarely ever do. For the price and reputation, it simply was not worth it. There are definitely better BBQ options out there — honestly, even Montana’s would have been a better choice.

Everything was very mid and my chicken burger was 100% raw the brisket had no taste defiantly not a very good smoked brisket the seafood plater was way to salty to even finish me and the wife ended up giving the 175 dollars worth of food to a homeless guy

Got 1/2 lb of beef brisket to go. So much fat in all the meat that it was basically not edible. Had also ordered a bowl of chili that wasn’t bad but for just over $40 total, I was hoping to not be hungry 1/2 hour later.

Memphis Blues Barbecue is very good. Excellent smokehouse with great food and a solid atmosphere. It’s usually not too busy, so it’s easy to get a seat without a long wait, which is a big bonus. I’ll definitely be back.

One of the worst services I’ve had in a long time. Went in the summer The waitress was awful didn’t ask us how we were didn’t ask how the food was just played food left and was rude. When I mentioned it to the boss she said well it’s hot out. I told the manager or the supervisor she was rude and we didn’t have a good experience and she just looked at me with disgust and laughed. Will not be back and will tell people to not go. The food was meh also it wasn’t bad but not great. Felt like a tourist trap restaurant. Avoid at all cost. Also very over priced.
