We came in on Saturday January 31st for my daughter's birthday, With a large group of us, we were looked after by a server named Mariam. Mariam was kind and professional and always made sure no one had an empty glass and all the orders came out at once with nothing being missed and food tasted amazing. Mariam should be congratulated on her excellent service, we will definitely be back.

Had such a great experience at Milestones today. Carly was absolutely amazing, so attentive, kind, and on top of everything. I truly didn’t have to lift a finger, and as someone who’s worked in the service industry, I really appreciate that level of care. The manager who seated me was also so lovely and he took the time to walk me through the menu. I was so happy with the service that I went and spoke to Bonnie who was clearly the manager and expressed my gratitude. She was genuinely happy to hear my praise for Carly, and it was so nice to see how proud she is of her staff. Thank you all!

The menu was good Our server was excellent. However, the music was too loud. When we asked to have it turned down, politely, we were told that it couldn't be done and the manager wouldn't be in for a couple of hours, but we could move to another part of the restaurant.
My partner is a larger man and doesn't for comfortably into a booth. We shouldn't have to sit in an environment where the solution is so simple.
Without the loud music, this would have been a fabulous experience.

Ordered cajun chicken salad and the server repeated chicken ceaser salad and my other two friends ordered something else. I dont know was it a communication issue or whatever. There was no chicken on the salad and then said we will replace it but eventually the server came up and started saying something ( i did not understand a word of what he was saying). I told him, i dont want it anymore. Total’y ruined my mood. Sometimes simple solutions are infront of us and the staff made it sooo complicated and could have easily corrected it. I think he was new, i hope the server learns quickly. Good luck to him.
Edit that server did not come back again to us instead guy working at bar came and served us for whatever time was left. Obviously he was good.felt like he was doing some damage control.

When a customer in your RESTAURANT asks that the music be turned down, find a way to do this. You're not better than a Boston Pizza. People come to Milestones to eat and and communicate. That your staff were unable or not enabled to reduce the volume is a reminder not to visit any Milestones.
The service, otherwise, was excellent, and the food as well.
Update: Relocation to an quieter corner was offered, but I am not a small man and booths are often cramped and uncomfortable. Your staff need to consider this when they simply suggest that we move to an quieter corner. This doesn't negate the reality that the music was too loud to effectively communicate in most of the establishment.

Everything was great! Both couples ordered the Happy Hour 3 for $39.00 and were happily satisfied! Even though the restaurant was full the four of us were able to enjoy our conversation! Thanks Milestones!
