Shannon was exceptional as a server as was the chef i don't tolerate well cream and wanted a dish she thought might be creamy worked out it was coconut so all good I wanted extra spicy so instead of a topper they incorporated in the dish! Above and Beyond

With the number of people in the restaurant, they had spaced out the seating arrangement so there was a nice sound level around us. The server was great and the food was excellent. Enjoyed the time with friends and had a great experience at Milestones Kelowna.

Sat in an area with no other customers. There were 10 tables around us that were empty. That was really nice. Service was terrible. It was like we had be forgotten about several times. Got our appt before our water or drinks. They thought we had ordered our mains and were surprised when we told them we hadn't. Had to ask for the bill long after we had finished our dessert. It was very disappointing.

My daughter and I shared bruschetta, cauli bites, spinach dip, and one of the best onions soups I’ve tasted. My son’s filet was overdone, however they quickly made a new one cooked to perfection. The staff and management were apologetic, but really didn’t need to be, steak was redone, all the food was fantastic, and our server was lovely. Will definitely be back ?
Came in last week for my Father in laws birthday. We are from Edmonton and have enjoyed our time at the Edmonton location. Kelowna was not even close to the same experience.
Food took way too long for how empty it was. Server was very apologetic and he did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed our time. Other tables in the lounge also complained about the wait for food.
Food came out overcooked. We didn’t say anything at the time because we just wanted to eat our meals after waiting 40 minutes.
Talked to some of our friends in the area and seems to be the same consensus across the board. Will not be returning.
