We had the blacken chicken Alfredo & the sweet chilli chicken bowl, both were good. Unfortunately the kitchen was really slow and we ended up waiting around 30-40 minute for 2 dishes & the meals weren’t hot. The manager came over and apologized for the slow service and provided us with a discount and a free dessert.

So usually I love this restaurant and was there last week to grab some lunch. The service was super slow and waited a long time for a waitress and water and to pay my bill. I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo and it was not good at all. It had a real funky fish taste to it. The manager fixed my bill due to my dissatisfaction but I wouldn't recommend this new dish. The starter ceasar salad was amazing...fresh, crunchy, well dressed and good portion. Not wilted at all. For the first time for me at this restaraunt, the pasta dish was a dissapointment but I would still recommend going there but not to order this new dish.

so this is what they offer for medium... a piece of coal. it took 30 minutes for waiting... the guy in the kitchen tells me this somewhat close, and offers me a re do unwillingly, who would possiblely wait another 30 minutes.

The service is always amazing. Justin was our recent server and very good. I always loved the beet salad, shiitake mushroom bowl, veggie burger and the mushroom soup. While ok at this restaurant, I am always disappointed that the food is not as good as the Milestones in Victoria or South Surrey. These dishes make you say wow at those locations and just ok in Kelowna.

Milestones had been our go-2 for an enjoyable evening out with family or friends for decades now. After a year away, my daughter and I went for happy hour, and were pleased to see some new menu items. Came back 2 weeks later for a birthday celebration with friends, and all 4 us could not believe how bad it was. Our server clearly did not want to be there on a Sunday nite, and it reflected in her total lack of attention, even though it was not busy at all. The calamari was overcooked freezer burned rubber. The server seemed annoyed when we sent it back and even left it on the bill. 2 of our meals were good, while the other 2 were disappointing. Our server never did return to check on our meals or renew drinks, or even offer dessert. Not a good experience at all.

I wish I could give zero stars. The smell when we walked in should’ve been our first warning. The table was sticky, the menus were greasy, and the utensils looked like they’d been rinsed but not washed. When my food arrived, it was lukewarm and tasted like something from a gas station microwave. My partner’s dish had a hair in it.
