Milk & Sugar Bubble Tea Cafe and Chinese food

Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in the meal I ordered from them.. it was off of the single person combo menu and it came over battered, overcooked mushy fried rice, and very under seasoned all around. There are alot of consistent Chinese food places with some stiff competition. A game step up is required in my opinion.

I'd love to see an improvement if I dine again in the future.

The bubble tea is amazing—my favorite is the taro with coconut pearls, it's a must-try! The Chinese food is fresh, flavorful, and the portions are very generous. Every visit has been consistently satisfying. Highly recommended!

Ordered delivery from this place with UberEats. Unfortunately, the three bubble teas all were watery, not milky and worst bubble tea I've ever had. The sesame balls were soggy and had a weird filling that isn't red bean paste, and couldn't make out what it was because it tasted stale. Curry fish balls was salty and strange because it isn't a curry chilli sauce but just bits of curry paste. Combo G comprised of fried rice, ginger beef and vegetables had a burnt taste from a burnt pot. It was a $70 order and inedible because after a few bites, I feel like throwing up. The menu offering is extensive, but there's just no excellence. I'd rather they offer a few items and do the dishes well than none at all. Will not be ordering from this place ever again. UPDATE: 9.42pm - i threw up... I haven't had food poisoning like this in a very long time.

I wanted to share my experience at milk and sugar bubble tea. I had ordered two of their large pina colada bubble teas and after waiting over 5 minutes, I was then told they were out of coconut icecream and could not make it for me. Which was fine, but they did not offer many alternatives as to a similar drink I could have instead. The workers were both slow and unprofessional. After people had taken their order, one of them was on their phone texting directly behind the counter. The bubble tea I had gotten instead was pineapple and vanilla icecream, which was tasteless and overpriced. I would not recommend this place and would not return.

I write a lot of reviews, but rarely are they negative. This place either had a really bad day or should be avoided at all costs.
I was there 2 minutes before opening (their posted time was 10am) and waited till 10:14 before they opened.

When I entered, it was dark with no workers in sight. I tried to order a boba tea but was told there's no pearls until 11am. So I ordered fried red bean balls and edamame.

I got 4 tiny balls with powdery red bean inside and *snap peas* highly seasoned instead of edamame. I like peas, but they are very different from edamame and not what I ordered.

Whoever is running this place needs to fix it.
