I am so struck that all of their coffee comes from a single origin, direct from a family farm in Columbia. That is exceptional, but I don't think most customers realize that! I think Model Bean needs to emphasize this story so people realize how special it is. Put up a massive mural or something on the wall that explains this story so people know as soon as they come in.

My wife and I both had lattes. They have almond and oat milk alternatives. The coffee was simply fabulous! We have been looking for a good non-chain coffee shop for a long time and I think we have found it. The interior and decor dont give that coffee shop feeling. Tables and decor are sparse. However, the friendliness and coffee make up for that!
