Jeremy is the best server we've ever had! Whenever we go to Kelowna, we go to Montana's and sit in Jeremy's section. He is friendly, and very efficient. The food has always been amazing! We were just there yesterday for an early dinner and it didn't take long at all for us to get our food. We highly recommend this Montana's and ask to sit in Jeremy's section.

Our server today was Abbie, she was absolutely amazing, quick, friendly and very down to earth. She did forget to put in our appy, but she put it in immediately and was very sincere about it. Absolutely no complaints service was excellent, food was delicious and the manager was friendly and helpful. Would love to have her again.

My friend and I visited this Montana’s location yesterday for dinner with our kids, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there were 2–3 young girls at the front. One of them started checking the tablet for a table, which was completely fine. However, another older lady suddenly stepped in without greeting us or welcoming us. In a very cold and dismissive tone, she simply said, “We have a 25-minute wait. Are you willing to wait?” There was no smile, no apology for the wait, and no acknowledgment that we were standing there with little kids. The attitude made us feel awkward and completely unwelcome. We decided to leave, and she didn’t even attempt to accommodate us or show any concern. Customer service starts at the front door, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. Very disappointing.
