There were 12 of us that had a very nice birthday celebration for a friend turning 87. We generally come there for birthdays because it is quieter than other restaurants and we are accommodated in an area geared for big groups. Service was great, food is always good and wine was half price. Much nicer coming there instead of restaurants downtown.

Scarlett, our waiter, was amazing, very attentive and thorough. The food was excellent (the shrimp tacos had too much saucy stuff in them, I would ask for them more dry next time, but the taste was good), my husband loved his chicken and rib dinner, and we shared the lettuce wraps (next time i plan on ordering the lettuce wraps as a rice bowl instead, it was so delicious, so thanks for that tip, Scarlett!) and the ambience was really nice. We look forward to returning there again soon!

This is our 5th year at their New Years dinner and I was happy to see they changed up the menu a bit. Love the steak option. We will be going back in 2026 as well. They always do such a great job and it's affordable.

My friend and I enjoyed a great meal brought to us by our very experienced server, Sara. We will definitely come back for the pasta, Caesar salad, and inventive drinks. Cosy place to unwind when its snowing outside! Reasonable prices.

We paid for a private room, and the service was mediocre. They only asked what we wanted to drink once. They also added gratuity to the bill, which is not right. I wont be going back.
We went out for dinner last night. Decided to try out the newly renovated Moxies. To be honest OK service, looks nice in there… unfortunately, the food was under par. My partner wasn’t able to finish her Caesar salad that was lacking any flavour, shrimp taco not good. I ordered a New York steak, it came out perfectly… unfortunately the arugula salad that came with It was less desirable. Left me feeling unwell.
