I have always loved the place. But from last 3 times i have been getting stale pretzels and have been throwing them away after taking 2 bites. So this time i went there and i asked the lady that can i get fresh please coz i have been throwing those away from last few times because they taste so chewy and stale. And she said no i can’t do it. And there were still almost 2 hours left to close.Lady wasn’t very nice.so would recommend to improve their customer service.

I like the new guy they hired with the peppy attitude. He was working the till August 20th at 5pm and was super friendly. Going the extra mile and I love to see it. Also one of the only people who ever asked me if I’ve wanted a bag to go instead of making me feel like a burden by asking. Everyone is great but he’s awesome!

Customer service is lacking.Tried to order on 3 separate occasions.Lady was rude and said would take over 20 minutes ? as she hasn't been able to prep anything.No one was in line , we were the first. This is the 3rd time trying, she basically turned people away.

In the orchard Park mall beside indigo. We had the parmesan pretzel and it wasn't as fresh as I've had it at Other pretzel places and lots of parmesan on itWish it was a little bit hotter. I will try a different flavor next time. Was about $4.99 for one pretzel. They also sell drinks
