I like the new guy they hired with the peppy attitude. He was working the till August 20th at 5pm and was super friendly. Going the extra mile and I love to see it. Also one of the only people who ever asked me if I’ve wanted a bag to go instead of making me feel like a burden by asking. Everyone is great but he’s awesome!

In the orchard Park mall beside indigo. We had the parmesan pretzel and it wasn't as fresh as I've had it at Other pretzel places and lots of parmesan on itWish it was a little bit hotter. I will try a different flavor next time. Was about $4.99 for one pretzel. They also sell drinks

Literally SO good. I visited Canada last November and did some shopping at the mall, which is when I first tried this place. My boyfriend and I proceeded to loop back around two more times to get more. We were in Kelowna again last week, and stopped by the mall specifically to go by Mr. Pretzels. Now it’s one of our spots.
