Nature's Fare Markets - Kelowna

Lots of choices, most I never heard of or knew about. Prices of product were fair and excellent quality. I was seldom asked if I needed assistance, not sure where Staff was? I finally got some help while in the Shampoo/soap section. I may shop here again, if other Stores carried the same product, I’d probably go there, based on lack of Staff assistance.

Sooooo expensive but has just about everything in the natural foods space. Prepared foods are good.

A little bit pricey for most products, but amazing baked sourdough bread. Always have the things other large grocery stores lack in terms of vitamins/organic foods/cleaner foods!

Called for information about something, person on phone ( Cody ) wasn't sure about the question but went and found out what I needed. Stopped by store next day staff were attentive and helpful as ever . Great store . 5/5

Very expensive store, but you can find almost everything which you can't find in big stores like Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Fruiticana and local markets. I paid Cdn$ 12 for this 400 gram Citric Acid Powder just to use one spoonful for preparing cabbage pickles.

Natures Fare is my go-to destination for organic produce. I always know that if it’s in season, they’ll have it. And their vitamins & supplements and the frozen foods and bakery items and sandwich counter and cosmetics and … and …and. So many choices!!! It’s a great store. Just Love shopping there.

They have some good products but their customer service is lacking to be honest - cashiers sometimes won't even acknowledge you at the till or they'll be talking to each other and won't say a word to you. Also the security guard will be breathing down your neck. I saw the one make a beeline towards me from across the store to watch me. Like I said they carry some good products that are hard to find elsewhere but I try to shop at Choices instead if possible because they're friendlier and have more selection.

Amazing fresh produce, their bistro is awesome and amazing selection. I love that there are employees that have been there for a decade...says a lot about how the business is run.

Very good vegan and organic stuff. Amazing herbal medicine options alongside delicious bar foods. Their homemade protein shakes are also a must try, especially with their rotating flavours. I had a small unpleasurable encounter with a older man security staff member as he thought I did not pay. But,that can happen in any store from time to time. All is forgiven. Overall, love shopping here for their medicine options and yummy knickknack :)

Friendly helpful staff. Lots of selection. Great to see Canadian products listed with signage.

Never buy steak from here. Second disappointing experience in a row. First time one of the steaks had gone bad, second time they were falling apart and tied together. Premium cuts. Terrible

Nice store. Large selection. Produce section seemed a little small, but you can find pretty much everything you need there.
