Nature’s Fare has an excellent range of natural, organic and health products. They also have an awesome health food bar where they have amazing smoothies and an assortment of healthy snacks, soup of the day and food on the go.

I recently visited here, and it was an absolute disaster. The management was about as organized as a drunk octopus trying to juggle knives. I asked for assistance and received nothing but rude and snarky comments. Clearly they were having a bad day, but that's no excuse for terrible customer service.The store was a hot mess, with products crammed onto shelves and boxes stacked haphazardly in the aisles. It was like trying to navigate a jungle gym blindfolded. I half expected a monkey to jump out and steal my kale chips.To be honest, the whole experience was kind of hilarious in a sadistic way. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all, but that doesn't excuse the terrible service. So, if you're looking for a good laugh and a frustrating shopping experience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the aggravation.
Unfortunately i feel like the vitamin department is going down hill. I have been a shopper here since it was half the size, the staff use to be knowledgeable and very helpful for any questions I had. Now it seems like when I ask A question to certain new people, I have to end up googling the answer myself. The ladies who have been there awhile are amazing but it seems if they are not working, I Have to look up my answers myself. So either, they need to do a better job hiring staff OR give the current ladies who have been there since the start, a big raise! Sad that this lovely place, ever since being sold, is just not the same. All to cut corners and make more money. Not the way a health food store should be.

Wow! What amazing customer service I experienced today. I mean, this is one of many times that I experienced great service here, but Juliana made me want to write this review. No only did she answer my question but found a solutiin for it. She could have just answered my question, but she went as far to offer to do the leg work so its easy for me! Keep it up Juliana, you are so kind and helpful!

This store had a great variety of specialty foods that suit those with certain diets. But what stood out the most was the staff. The woman working in the supplements department was very helpful and kind on my visit today. And Michelle S who was working at the checkout went above and beyond showing kindness and smiling the whole time she scanned my groceries. I feel this type of service is extremely rare these days and feel this store really shines because of her.

The selection of healthy items, service, and knowledge are why I shop here. The service makes up for their higher prices, but the price is why I dont shop here all thr time.

Good selection and organic veggies and fruit only in produce! Stopped shopping at the Vernon location now just shop in the Kelowna store, they allow mask exemptions and answer the phone when you call and are understanding :). It's an extra 2 hour drive to go to another city's store.. but it's worth it for the customer service and the items stocked here.
