The place is so dirty. I went in the bathroom and I came out not using it because it was so disgusting. Two workers were sitting at the the customer table and it didn't look busy at all. The counter for returning the trays got food all over.
I checked the previous reviews with one star and read the owner's response. They were all the same... Copy and paste responses, which makes me feel like he didn't care. Never again.

The staff came across as condescending. They ran out of an ingredient and only realized after I ordered (which was fine), but instead of discounting or removing it from my tab, or even politely showing me other options the staff member pressured me into ordering other items I didn’t want. He even corrected me when I said I was vegetarian, insisting that I wasn’t and trying to push meat options instead.(I eat seafood not meat but most people don’t know what pescetatian is and I hate having to explain these things to people because it doesn’t matter in the big picture) I don’t go out to eat expecting to explain my eating habits as it’s personal preference. The interaction felt aggressive and bizarre, and overall made for a very uncomfortable Experience I won’t be back - sadly the ones in Vancouver were better run, I paid over $27 for noodles with a poorly cooked egg I didn’t want. They need to train soft skills I felt very uncomfortable and ripped off.

Me and my husband order drunken noodle box to go. It was just us in whole store and no one else and they still made a mistake on sauce. Mine was supposed to be mild and my husband spicy but they switched it even though it was different order. I'm spice intolerance and by the time we realized it we were way to far to exchange it. My advice to take the time to make orders especially when you charge as much as you do for to go dish because people are allergic to certain foods.

My daughter picked some food up there last night. When she got out of her car, the bag split open and the food spilled onto the road. Called the restaurant to get a replacement meal or a refund, but they refused, insisting that it was packed properly. The manager said he packed it himself, and it was packed properly. Even said that the owner wouldn’t approve a refund. Seems to me that the manager would have that authority. No accountability whatsoever.

I ordered my food 30 minutes in advance, took it out of my car, and the bag ripped from the bottom. I offered pictures of the bag and the spill to show the evidence, and they refused to refund me or make a new meal. Completely disrespectful money grab, terrible people work here. The MANAGER got on the phone and stated “we packed it properly, this is not our fault”. No, you clearly did not. Yet you refuse to make another meal, when I payed $20 including a tip, to have my dinner on the floor due to your negligence. It is clear that this establishment does not value their customers or their customer service at all. Do not come here whatsoever.

I love the food here. It has my spice level because I’ve always love to eat spicy. You have variety of foods to choose. The staff are very friendly. The place is easy to access as well.

These noodles bowls were gross. First time trying. Ordered thru skip for bogo deal. The noodles weren't freshly made and we're super gummy along with the everythimg else in the bowls. I should have read the reviews first. I would not recommend and wo t be returning.

U got east Indians making noodles And they don't know how to reduce the peanut sauce So they put your meal in a bowl and it's more like a peanut soup
Not once have I recieved my peanut sauce meal in a bowl at the other 6 locations I love But this place sucks 4 bucks for protein Thanks for the 4 bite size chicken peices

I went there this evening to pick up some dinner and found the cashier with an AirPod in his ear and gave me a weird look when I came in eventually he told me it was cash only which i thought was strange but I went along with it as machines can go down and who knows he then tried to discourage me from ordering anything at all but eventually took my order and I got my food. When I got to my vehicle I looked in the bag and realized he only have me 2 bowls when I had ordered and paid for 3 so I went back into the store and he argued with me but eventually the “cook” that was sitting on milk crates at the till rolled his eyes and got up and made my food. The food itself was very okay but nothing like the one in Vancouver at all. This whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth and makes me never want to go there again. I definitely feel like they were doing something sketchy with the whole cash only thing but not explaining if anything was wrong with the machine. I haven’t had customer service this bad in a very long time
The food was not great, way too much sauce. The price is high for a meal that was not great.

Something recently has changed. They rarely answer the phone the guys working are not friendly and the food doesn’t taste as good. This is upsetting as the. Victoria Noodle box is so good and this one was when it first opened. Hope some steps in to straighten it back out…. They don’t even use the boxes unless you ask…

Pretty sure my noodles are spoiled - the noodles have a weird cheese smell but they aren't cheese noodles funny enough. The noodles themselves have some dark/grey spots on them...pretty gross.

Ended up getting a gluten-free dish with steak. The steak was extremely tough! Tough to a point it was difficult to chew. Also, almost half of it was extremely hard fat pieces.
That being said, the flavour of the dish was decent. But that’s where it ends.
