Third time I've ordered pad Thai, because I wanted to give you multiple chances to get it right. 🫠Your sauce to noodle ratio is lame and it brings me zero joy. This is my least favorite pad Thai in Kelowna.

I had spicy peanut at noodle box and its quite delicious I really love it also I highly recommend to everyone to have it . The main thing is a cook who was working there very gud guy kind as well name gurwinder singh.

My husband and I love the noodle box chain for its consistency and convenience. Unfortunately this store does not make the cut, I get the same order every time. Cambodian curry with rice noodles, medium/hot. They took 25 min, with opening my food container it smelt sour? Not like Cambodian curry. No lime, the veggies were mostly purple cabbage. The dish was on the dry side which I love this dish for being really saucy. There was zero spice. For atmosphere the music choice could be more generic. Boxes were in the front area. I could see the sauces in open containers with spoons in each one and it looked unsanitary. My husband saw the cook use the computer screen with his gloves on. I saw a glimpse of the cooking surface area through a 1 inch crack in the stainless steel and saw food/plastic it was a mess in there. If you like noodle box don’t go here it’s not up to par.

Order chicken peanut satay. Absolutely horrible. Only had broccoli in it, skipped the rest of the vegetables, way too greasy, noodles had obviously been precooked & sitting for sometime as they were glompy & I've never been served so fast at a location in the past. Chrispy chicken doesn't go with this type of dish & also had no flavor. If I didn't know better it was stored bought chicken nuggets.
