Went to Noodle Box for the first time today. The manager greeted us the moment we stepped through the door and offered recommendations based on preference. I ordered sweet Thai chili box but they were out of that specific chicken. The manager said he could cook up a chicken breast and add it in if I preferred and if I tried it and didn't like it he would support a different option. Very kind manager and polite. I've eaten at the Noodle Box here is Kelowna 3 times now. Their product is fresh , and delicious. I like chicken so have added that to every meal and was nice to see they used fresh chicken breast. Gurwinder came over twice to make sure everything was good. That impressed me for a fast food place. Will be back!
