The OEB in downtown Kelowna needs to hire a Hostess with some compassion, manners a smile and customer service! She was rude, unprofessional and didn’t offer any solutions to a seating problem. And not even an apology before saying you should have phoned in. The site does not offer bookings for more then 4 people at one time. It also does not say to phone for reservations for more than 4 people. The food was good the waitress was great the customer service crappy by the hostess and site.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. The lobster scramble was outstanding, and the eggs Benedict equally impressive—each dish was packed with flavor and expertly prepared. We left nothing on the plate. The mimosa flight was a highlight, and the service brought the entire experience to another level. I haven't come here for a couple years because there was nothing for vegans in the past. After giving it a couple years, there are few options. Salad or a version there of is not a food option for vegans in a restaurant. Yes it is food, but I can eat a salad at home. When I go out, it is for getting something interesting, not a salad only, especially for breakfast. It shows a lack of respect and creativity when this is all you might be able to offer. Hopefully in a couple years this is resolved if I end up returning. Oh, and the coffee sucks. Dark roast coffee is just burnt coffee ☕️. It would be nice if you had a lighter roast coffee option and not medium dark as this is still burnt coffee Prices have gone up since here last but the portions went down. For example, we used to get 2 slices of toast, now only 1. The amount of potatoes is about half from what I remember. Questioning myself if I will return to any OEB.
