Rich Tea is a small but awesome restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Their bubble tea selection is incredible, especially the jasmine green tea and oreo milk tea. The bubble waffles are a must-try too. The service is always great, and the interior is pretty and inviting. Great for families with kids too!
