This is my go to bubble tea place, I have tried multiple places and they aren’t the same or don’t compare to rich tea! I specifically like there pearls and how the brown sugar tastes more genuine compared to other places, I always get the same drink everytime, so I have yet to try the other ones but I’m sure they will be just as good! Sometimes they do take quite awhile to make the drinks when it’s not even that busy which is a bit unfortunate

Rich Tea in Kelowna was alright. I ordered a mango green tea with pearls and it tasted more like pineapple or some tropical mix. I would have to try another drink to see if there are better choices. I'm on the fence about returning, but Rich Tea is a decent option if you're in the mood for a bubble tea. I'm more used to the bubble tea chains in Metro Vancouver like Chatime or Coco.

This place is awesome...food is always consistently amazing and the Chinese lady there is always smiling and friendly I love going here with my son every Sunday always look forward to going, great food ,good atmosphere, and friendly staff...highly recommend 😀

Went to buy a bubble tea as I was so eager to buy from this shop. Because I am trying bubble tea from different shops. Once I entered, I felt a bad smell in the shop. Anyways I go ahead and brought a bubble tea. Taste was average when compared to other bubble tea I tried from other shops. My concern was the bad smell. They should think of this as customers come. My friend felt the same. Take this review as a suggestion and improve the atmosphere

It's my first time here and LAKSA soup was so good with lots of chicken in it. And the price is affordable 12.95$ and their bubble tea is so good too.

Ordered a half sweet bubble tea for pick up, they gave me a full sweet bubble tea and the taste really wasn't great compared to other places. Will go out of my way to not go here for bubble tea. Would recommend milk and sugar down the road or formoso bubble tea if you're in the area.
